Requested deep cleaning services, Vanessa and Melissa were very accommodative with my requests. I had a little issue with the timing, Norma and Candy were the assigned team, who were sent for the cleaning at my place. Norma and Candy waited for me to get home, they did a thorough cleaning, cleaned the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, blinds, window seals, bathroom, toilet. Overall, I was very happy with their service. On top of that, they were very friendly. Hats off to Norma and Candy for their kindness and hardwork.

These ladies did an amazing job! The communication with their front desk to the actual cleaning was excellent! My first time using them for a deep clean and I’ll absolutely use them again! Ty!!!

Customer service is great! Tanesha and Vanessa are very informative over the phone. Dulce and Wendy were super friendly, meticulous and careful with our home. They were able to clean my entire house within the time frame given.

The team that came to my house yesterday was slow. I asked them to leave out an area that I usually have cleaned. The problem is in the past the molly team took less time to clean more of the area. The team that came yesterday took more time to clean less of an area.

I called in the morning and was able to get a cleaning crew by the afternoon. My bathroom was thoroughly cleaned and deodorized. They did an amazing job.

They DID NOT do a deep clean and we had to tell them what needed to be done and follow behind them and for 400 dollars they did a terrible job we will never use them again! They left dirt in every corner did not clean the oven doors or windows! We are very disappointed! And then they don’t respond when you call back to try and resolve the issue!

After I have used Molly maid for about a year, I am ready to give you a great review. Good service provided doesn't mean you don't make mistakes. I was a mother/maid/cleaner for my five member family and even waitress before I became a doctor. I know first hand how hard is the work in housemaid service. We always make mistakes. That's human. Yet sinful nature will make some maids enjoy the wrong doing just out of spite. Knowing house cleaners/maids certainly don't enjoy the huge economy difference comparing theirs to the people they serve. The good service I put the rating out there for everybody to see is that Molly Maids Bergenfield always correct their mistakes quickly. I believe all of the Spanish speaking cleaners are Catholics or Christians. We all need the humility we inherit and put on from above. I rate them 5/5 excellent services but if 10/10 is the scale I will give them 10/10

Got totally ghosted by this landscaping outfit. Kept me on the hook all summer and never gave me the courtesy of a call back. An academy award nomination should go out to the wife/office manager for a brilliant performance feigning outrage at the boss’s poor manners 😂

I brought 2 Beautiful Plants and Elephant Ear and Snake plant and they told me how to take care them and gave me literature on how to take care of them! Very very professional and a lot of knowledge on different varieties of plants and flowers!
