They always do a great job

I love the women that showed up at my home Gladis & Ubelina they were so friendly and kind. They did a thorough and excellent job cleaning my home! Thank you Molly Maid!! I will go to Molly Maid for my home cleaning needs going forward.

Was looking for a cleaning service in Bergen county to establish a relationship with, so I reached out to Molly Maids. It was a move in service and I needed a thourough cleaning of my new apartment. The woman assured me they would call 30 mins prior to arrival (since the old tenant was moving out I wanted to make sure everything was clear) which they did not because the window was 2 PM to 5PM. When I got there 20 mins after they were there the women had started, they appeared to be busy and it took them less than an hour. The women were unpleasant albeit rude and the job they did was horrible. I had to go back through and wash base boards, dust and thoroughly rewash the tub and toilet. I really wanted to like the service and a few people in the neighborhood asked about them since they saw the car pull up. The kicker was when I called back the manager rudely told me that this was the best they could do and they would not return. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

The ladies came and cleaned and when they left my bathrooms were clean and smelled wonderful.

Bad business model. First time cleaning service was charged hourly basis. Obviously, they took time to milk every single penny from us. Thereafter, it was a flat rate no matter how long the maids stayed. They were in and out within 30 mins!! How did they take 5 hours to clean first time around and then 30 mins after that? I don’t think my house shrank. It is obvious...
And the maids were rude...

They were very professional leading up to the clean. In their time frame, called, texted, great.. they came to do a move in clean. I couldn't be there for the clean so I left a note, some special cleaners for some appliances, and a tip.. Poor job for a pricy bill. Remember, this is a MOVE IN clean so there is no furniture but I had requested they cleaned the oven. The only thing that looked clean was the refrigerator. Oven not cleaned banisters dusty, cobwebs still in closets, sticky residue on the inside of the cabinets, blinds were dusty, bathroom floor looked like it was semi swept, toilet bowl still had urine on the side! Also, you know when you clean and the place smells clean- there was none of that. So disappointing.

I'm writing the review for Gladys who does not have a computer but she loves Lina and Sandra who do a great job!! She would always recommend them and they are always on time.

My first time using and will definitely use again! My house was spotless. Excellent cleaning service with great communication from start to finish. Thank you

When I first used this service, I thought it was just OK, I was left a little disappointed because the ladies did not dust well. They did not clean stainless steel in the kitchen unless you provide the cleaner, they did not do dishes, and would only clean the refrigerator if you emptied it out. They were also really expensive. I did not have a chance to do much research, as I had just had a baby, so I just hired them based on location. Since then, I had the opportunity to use another service called MaidPro and can now see how bad Molly Maids is ... I got SO much more for my money and my house was left spotless with the Maid Pro service. That is why I decided to do a review, because I just realized how terrible and expensive Molly Maid is. Would NOT recommend at all.

Molly Maid has been cleaning our home for 2 years. They get better with time and are always professional, hard working and open to improve.
They have learned over time the best way to clean our home and it gets better each visit. We really appreciate the hard work of the cleaners and are happy to have them clean our home.

They were very thorough. Very good workers.

The women of Molly Maids always show up on time and are friendly and do an excellent job cleaning. If there’s ever a Special request they readily completed. The price is reasonable and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Denise and Tiffany are a great team. They are very professional, friendly and attentive. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They took care of business. I hope to see them again.

After paying hundreds of dollars for a “deep cleaning” of a townhome I was moving into, I expected my home to be spotless and in move in condition. I spoke with Beatrice, on the phone when booking the appointment and told her my needs and exactly what I expected. I paid a little extra because the 2 women were here longer than estimated. I didn’t mind paying extra but they did not do a good job at all. On the surface, things looked fine. After I just moved in, I was able to finally see that things weren’t cleaned at all. There was an inch of grease and dust on top of the refrigerator. When I asked them about the hard water spots that were still all over the shower doors, they said they don’t have the cleaner to do that and I should go to Home Depot and buy something there. Kitchen cabinets were left greasy, and some seemed like some were not even touched. I never leave reviews like this but I called the company to complain and Kylie assured me someone would get back to me about this. That was a week ago. I NEVER heard from anyone. I wasted hundreds of dollars and had to do most of the cleaning over myself. I will never use Molly Maid again or recommend them. Below average work and lack of customer service.

We've been using Molly Maid for four years. My wife and I are both professionals who find ourselves short on time. Dulce and Luisa have been awesome. They're courteous and punctual. They treat our 3 little dogs kindly and they've always done a great job all around the home. They've been valuable to our quality of life and I'd recommend them to anyone. We were extremely happy with our deep clean, i have them coming back monthly and it took a huge weight off our shoulders having someone come in and take care of the cleaning. The girls were so friendly and respectful and the scheduling was easy! highly recomment

Do not book them. They were over 2 hours late both times. Never communicated with me. I had to call. Completely disrespectful. Don’t ever use them.

I was very pleased again with the ladies cleaning my small apartment. I wish the same ladies would come back each month. Many times it's different ladies each month. I wish they would speak English so we could communicate more.
