STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY???
Told me deep cleaning for the first time, even though I had someone cleaning my home bi weekly.
Figured out that its just a ploy that 90% of all cleaning services charge for the "first time" cleaning. I also cleaned before she came.
Anyway paid for a deep clean that wasnt even worth a regular cleaning.
I paid before I saw the work, and was so disappointed.
I reached out to the owner and sent her videos and pictures of what wasnt done. I sent so many photos and videos that i literally felt bad, but was also upset that it wasnt done properly.
I used her services several years ago in another home I lived in and she definitely doesnt put the same pride in her work now as she did back then.
I had the house cleaned for an open house, and she said the girls can come back now to clean up, I couldn't have them back as the showings were starting. i asked her to come back the next day but she said this is the only time they can be available.
I wanted her to know what they didnt do. As a business owner myself, I would want to know if my clients werent happy.
I told her I would give her another chance, and I wanted to be put on schedule in 2 weeks.
2 weeks went by and no one showed up. I texted her a week before and asked to come on the 7th and 2 days before she said she doesnt have anyone. Now I have to rehire someone new and pay another "deep clean" first time charge.
STAY AWAY AND DONT FALL FOR HER "DEEP CLEAN" BS!!!

Your better off hiring a toddler with a marker! But worst of all very unprofessional.

I have been using Solaz now for 10 yrs since Sandra and William cleaned my house before I moved in! They have done my carpets and even power washing. The cleaning is great, the people are trustworthy and respectful! Sandra and William are hard working honest people!

This company show up and do their thing!! The works are super respectful and punctual. They are very understanding as I have 2 dogs who unfortunately pee everywhere. They do such a good job that when they are done I no longer smell pee in my house every time they come I have them come 1 time every 2 weeks. It’s a fantastic service

Super helpful and clean! They clean the whole house, all the windows, and helped vacuum the basement. Also asked them to clean the grill and the take each piece out can wash them. Will come back again!
