I first reached out to Gilligan's Power Washing company a couple of weeks ago to power wash, deck wash, gutters, and fence clean our home. I was given a proposal online and then received a call from Michelle she was very informative explained the process and answered all my inquiries along the way. On the day of the appointment, Brian and his crew arrived on time and explained the work taking place at our home. Clean-up was extremely efficient and the work was done promptly. My husband and I are very pleased with their service the beauty of our home has been restored thank you again Gilligan’s Power Washing.

Brian and his staff were punctual and their communication prior to the service and during the service was excellent. They did everything as advertised and took the time and care to be courteous of our property. The customer service was excellent. Michelle was excellent recommending what type of service we needed and explained everything thoroughly. They even emailed and texted confirmation multiple times to be sure with booking and prep work to our house. His team, Garett and Pablo were mindful and did not overstep where we did not request. There were outside issues to our house that they worked with and took the time to better accommodate the process. The service was only a couple of hours out of the day and did not take too long. As far as getting what we paid for, Gilligan was the best service we could have asked for and we’ll be sure to recommend them our friends and family! Online payment was as easy as a text and email. We didn’t do any financing, but I did see an option for certain installment. Thanks again for the great job!

I like that it’s a family owned business. Brian, the owner, is the one who comes and cleans your house, so he has a vested interest in seeing that it’s done properly. His wife, Michelle, was very responsive with answering my questions throughout the process. Brian did a thorough job and they cleaned up the job site completely when they were finished. Although the price is higher than some of the larger competitors, in hindsight, it was the right decision to use Gilligan since the owners have skin in the game. The next time I need my house and patio cleaned I will use them again.

I’m very pleased with the recent service at my house by Gilligan’s Power Washing. They were very professional and I felt like receiving gold glove service from beginning to end. Wow! My house looks brand new! The team was there from 8am to 6:30pm. They were extremely thorough and did a walkthrough at the end. I had a spot that needed another wash and they are coming back to just touch it up. Great communication. Brian and Michelle are amazing. Great service all around. Highly recommend.

Michelle returned my initial call quickly, gave me all the info I needed, Brian came out to do an assessment and shared our options and then we seamlessly scheduled. What a breath of fresh air! Brian & his team did an amazing job restoring a used playset we bought off of Marketplace & old backyard pavers that we had no idea could look so good. It was a pleasure to see them work with such pride. They were professional from beginning to end. They communicated what we could expect & we’re so glad we used them. We’d definitely use them again & will certainly recommend them.
