This is the second time we have used Gilligan’s power washing services and we continue to be very pleased! Brian is extremely thorough and friendly. I had Brian come to wash my house, deck and front steps. I can't believe how nice everything came out, as I had never done this before. I have been in my house for 25 years. I highly recommend this service. Brian and his wife Michelle run this company, and are very informative and professional. Plus the work they do is impeccable. I have asked them to come back and clean my sidewalks. I wish every contractor I hire was this kind and courteous. You won't be disappointed if you hire them.

We had never had our home power washed properly, and this was a first after 15 years. We opted for the premium house washing package, which was worth every single penny. We also had our driveway and terrace washed. The guys did an amazing job, and Brian (the owner) was present every single day to go over the work with us and with his staff. We're super happy with the job and our house is finally photo-ready to put on the market! Highly recommend.

Courteous and professional from the first phone call. Michelle provided a lot of information to help me understand the service. I had all hardscapes on the property washed and they look fantastic. Literally, night and day. Communication with Michelle and Brian before, during and after(!) was pleasant and purposeful. The before and after pics of the job put it over the top. Excellent job by Brian and his crew. Our house hasn’t never been this clean. Brian is meticulous in power washing not only the house but the walkways and retaining walls. They showed up on time, worked all day and
left our home looking brand new. Can’t say enough of their professionalism and attention to detail. If I could I would give more than five stars.

From initial contact they have been responsive and professional. Getting an estimate was quick and easy, as was setting up an appointment. We were impressed with the regular follow up prior to the work being done. The crew arrived when promised and were friendly and professional. They prepped the area before the cleaning took place. Brian, the Owner, arrived to inspect the prepping and then personally began the cleaning process. Landscaping was pre-washed before the cleaning solution was applied and subsequently washed when cleaning was complete.
Brian did a completion walk-through of the property with us and followed up with any area that was not exactly right. This aspect impressed us as to the Company's professionalism.
We are looking forward to having our pool deck cleaned next Spring by Brian and his crew.

I am so happy I came across Gilligan’s power washing on Google. From the moment I called them up, I was greeted by Michelle. She was very friendly and helpful with setting up an appointment with Brian (who is also very friendly). Brian was able to fit me in before July 4th in which I was very appreciative. Brian and his colleague were very professional and did a great job with the patio around my pool. They paid attention to detail and were meticulous with their work. Thank you again! Brian and his of my house last year and I was very pleased with the result, so I called Gilligan’s again this year to power wash my house. They cleaned all the dust, rust, pollens and bird droppings. My house looks sparkly and amazing now. So happy with the result!
