Efrain and the O' Brother team were incredible. From the estimate to the performance of the job they were absolute professionals. These gentlemen are good at what they do and you can trust them to get the job done properly. They had some big trees to contend with but made it look easy. They are a pleasure to deal with, incredibly hard working and efficient. I am very happy with their work and will definitely use them for all tree services on my property. I highly recommend them for all your tree services.

We had two massive trees hanging over our roof line and a variety of shrubs along our house. Oh Brother came prepared with a large crew and all the necessary equipment. They were careful not to damage nearby property and utility lines. They were neat and disposed of all the leftover branches and leaves. Their price was very competitive.

Absolute professional crew! They’ve taken down 6 large tree on my property over last 10 years and today they took down the last two. They work safe, respectful to neighbors and clean up better than they found it. They also have some awesome equipment!

I would like to share my very positive experienced with Gilligans power wash. From beginning to the end of service , there were very professional and takes pride with their work. They explained the whole process. The whole team had a positive attitude and patience with their clients. Most of all , top quality work when they soft washed my whole house including outdoor front porch deck, detach garage and stairs. They are knowledgeable in performing their task unlike other power wash companies that will just do it without putting any thoughts of how to do it the correct way and end up destroying your siding or deck . I typically try to use local and small businesses, always appreciate quality work and good service that often comes along with it. Gilligan's fits the mold. Totally responsive and professional. Brian took me on a walk around the house to inspect everything and there wasnt a dirty spot left that I could see.

Took their time taping off electrical outlets, etc and gave the feeling they were responsible and detail oriented.

Never had our house powerwashed before and didn't know much about the process, but we started getting moss/mildew on the roof and staining on our gutters and vinyl and brick siding.

Called a few places and what I really appreciated about Gilligans was the responsiveness and also the willingness to see the house in person to answer our questions. Homeowners don't realize all the expertise that goes into "power washing" .

We signed up and scheduling was quick and easy. Brian and team showed up on time and spent a lot of time protecting our outlets, plants etc. The whole project took about 7.5 to 8 hours and then Brian stayed for another 30 minutes explaining all the work that was done, things he saw, and doing some targeted touch ups cause he wanted the house to be perfect.

Brian was extremely professional and respectful of our property. He had a tough job to do as we hadn’t had our house washed in years. What I liked also was he notified us the day before as a reminder of our appointment and texted us as he was approaching. He protected electrical outlets, our landscaping, and our outdoor lights. When he was done with the job he invited us to walk around and he explained everything and there was a small problem spot that he went the extra mile to fix. Both my husband and I 100% recommend Gilligan’s and I will do this again next year for maintenance. The house looks amazing. Thank you.

Brian and his team did a fantastic job. My house has hardie board and they took time to make sure it was soft washed properly. My deck was also cleaned as part of the service and it looks brand new. Highly recommended.
