Allowed them on my property to cut my neighbor's trees. They showed up at 8 am on a Saturday with no warning. They damaged my plants, which will hopefully come back in the spring and they left a large stump for one if the trees. I called multiple times to get a clear answer and a respectful apology and received neither. While I did not hire them, I would have appreciated some respect given that I did them a favor.

I thought that Elmwood tree service did an awesome job they removed a massive tree off my roof cut it up and mulched it and scattered the mulch in my back garden. Everything was great

Elmwood Services never lets me down. After the latest snow storm they came to my house and trimmed all of the loose branches from both of my trees. I can now feel safe in my yard again. I highly recommend this company!!

Wow! They are so professional and such hard workers! They did everything with such precision and caution and when they finished they left everything completely spotless! Best tree service I’ve ever had overall! And what really shocked me was the fact that they had a female working along with them! She was really the star of the show! Highly recommend.

I had Elmwood Services remove 2 large trees form my property. They came out for an estimate right away and by the end of the same week my trees were removed. They did an excellent job from start to finish and were very professional and neat. I would highly recommended them for any type of tree work.

I recently had 2 trees trimmed by Elmwood Services. Dealing with the office and then the crew was wonderful. They cleaned up everything and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company.

We were highly pleased with the professionalism and quality of Elmwood Tree Service from beginning to end of our tree removal. From scheduling an estimate to coordinating the tree removal, the staff was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The crew that came to remove our tree and grind the stump was so impressive. They were so responsible and careful around the yard: they put down materials to protect our lawn and they cleaned up so thoroughly when the job was done. Our tree was in the backyard, and with our fences, could not be accessed with large tree removal machinery. They were able to take the tree down by hand (it was unbelievable) and the team was incredibly skilled, safe and hardworking. We would highly recommend their services and will certainly call them again the next time we need work done.

Our neighbors hired them to remove some huge, 100 ft, dying trees at the back of their property which borders ours.

They did a fantastic job of managing the trees and debris and even came over to clean up anything that fell onto our property (chainsaw shavings and twigs) without being asked.

We will definitely be recommending them to anyone who has tree service needs in the future.

I had around 17 Blue spruces removed from my property and Javier, Brian and Mariela (just to name a few) were very professional, responsive, and thorough during the entire process. I was truly left speechless with the level of service provided. Not to mention, I also felt that their prices were VERY reasonable when compared to others. These guys are the real deal. Safe yourself the headache and just call Mariela :D

Elmwood was really fantastic all around. We had a VERY difficult tree removal job given the nature of our property lines and Elmwood did an amazing job removing the trees without any damage at all. They were efficient, effective, friendly and accommodating - can't recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole team that worked on our property! These guys are great. I highly recommend them. Brian came for the estimate. At first I was a little hesitant with the price (no matter what, its not cheap to take trees down), but he adjusted things that made it all possible to do at a very reasonable price. Even on the day of the work, Brian made exceptions and adjustments to help me out. He has a huge crew, they were all very efficient, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Javier and his team were wonderful. They were on time, got everything done in one day and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Reasonably priced and provided all proper insurance! Recommend 100%!

I recently had Brian Rodriguez remove a huge tree that was dying. They were very professional and even cleaned up afterwards. I would rate them as a 10 if you ever need work done.

We were looking for a local company to remove two large trees and stumps around the house. While other companies made us wait days to get someone to stop by for an estimate, Brian came the same day we called. He was professional, gave us great advice and had the best price in town. Permit came on Friday and they were here Monday morning to remove the trees. All the workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them for any tree removals!!!

Brian and his team were all very professional and kind. He took the time to review the work with me after they were done. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. Every scrap was cleaned up off our property before they left. Highly recommended.

After days of torrential rain, and during 50+mph winds, a 65 y/o 80-foot white pine tree came down on my house at 10:30pm. 2/3 of the tree was still leaning on the house and roof, while the top 1/3 split on the peak of the roof. This presented a disaster which needed immediate attention as the roof was punctured in various places as it continued to rain, both outside, and now INSIDE. The fire dept. told me to start calling tree service companies and get them there asap. The first two I called were unresponsive, even though they advertise as having 24-hour emergency service. The third call was to Elmwood Services. (I should have called them FIRST!) At 11:30pm, still raining and with record wind speeds, Javier came out to assess the damage and situation. He promised me that his men would be at my house early the next morning, and that the crane, needed to lift the tree off the house, would be there before noon. Javier not only kept his word (and, highly respected reputation) but the crew with the crane literally attacked the tree at 9:30am and were wrapped up by 11:30am.....MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Javier was calm, reassuring in the midst of personal tragedy, professional, and proved to be a highly-skilled crane operator, who guided these enormous 20'+ logs around all the existing trees, power lines, and structures. The bill was very fair considering the scope, location, and emergency aspects of the job. Communications with the office staff was pleasant, professional and expedient. This may sound like a highly-biased, family-member written review. IT IS NOT. I am a highly satisfied customer who will be calling Javier in the near future to deal with my existing trees BEFORE they fall on my house! YOU SHOULD TOO!
