From dealing with the office to the tree workers, everything was extremely professional and smooth. I needed some last minute help prior to a holiday and they came through. They were efficient, well priced and cleaned up the entire area prior to leaving. I highly recommend them for any tree work required. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. I am a picky customer. I had been searching the right person for my backyard work about 6 months. And Gabriel is the person. I loved their wonderful jobs. All of them are professional and love their work and very knowledgeable. (Also, you can ask any permit questions to Rose!) I feel grateful that my backyard is not jungle anymore and I am looking forward next spring! He and his staffs will make it more beautiful!!

This company needs to restructure the whole company inside out. Not only do they throw customer service out the window but they fail to own up to and take responsibility for their mistakes. These are basic things you failed on
1. Inaccurate estimates then ask for more money during work:
2. Canceling 30 minutes before the scheduled work and notifying we will be there tomorrow 8am without an apology and even asking if it works with the client or not.
3. Putting "As discussed" on the contract and blaming the customer for not correcting the contract details.
4. Collecting more money than the half of the work performed and asking for more money even before the second half or work had even begun.
5. Leaving oils on the neighbor's driveway and telling the neighbor it wasn't his truck. ( He only needed an acknowledgement and apology)

This is my second time using Apple Tree Services. The first time was 4 years ago for 1 tree and this time for 2 trees in my backyard. I am highly satisfied with the job! The contractors were very friendly and professional. Rose the office manager was very kind and helpful!! I will recommend this company.

Highly recommend!! We had part of a tree fall on our fence and Apple Tree Services came that day to give me an estimate. Excellent customer service and went out of their way for us when weather cancelled the tree removal, they still came to cut down the tree limbs sitting on our fence until they could come the next day to finish the job. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Our overall experience was a very positive one. They came to first give an estimate for the trees I wanted removed and the pruning of branches on other trees.Although I had to email the office to make a couple of corrections regarding the work listed on the estimate, the office administrator was very pleasant about it and took the time to get it right. They were very attentive to all the details and easy to work with. The workers did a great job and were very quick and efficient.The only area of improvement I would say is regarding both internal communication (to correctly include all the work on the estimate) and communication with the customer before completing the work, to ensure everything was correctly and fully done. (The owner did ask me during the job if I was satisfied, but I couldn't see a couple of large branches that were covered at that point. I had to have them return to cut these branches and paid extra.) However, their prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

I am so glad I discovered Apple Tree Services. The company could be called Amazing Tree Services. The owners are so polite and so happy to be as helpful as possible. And the fantastic tree cutters and climbers are so careful. Our job was quite heavy on a very hot day. They worked so hard with no break and only left when the job was completed and cleaned up.

They are the best and I literally mean it! My neighbor was getting work done and I had an appointment with somebody else and when I saw how they worked, I cancelled and hired them instead. The job was $1,000 cheaper and was done super fast and clean. If I had more trees I would hire them every time! I had a huge tree and watching them work as a team was amazing. Do yourself a favor, if you need a tree cut, call them!

I'm not fond of promoting tree removal in the neighborhood, but Apple Service Tree LLC did a fantastic job of easing this experience. Their speed and professionalism are commendable. The removal of a large 6' diameter trunk Oak Tree that was leaning on my house, has been causing damage to my property.

In addition to the tree removal, they pruned a large oak tree in my backyard. Their professionalism and knowledge in the subject have left me very satisfied. I intend to hire them again to trim my trees.

Finally, they are the best in terms of price and quality of service. And they clean everything after the job is finished.

Apple Tree Services provided seamless service starting with the site visit to proposal through the permitting part, scheduling and finally the tree removal and cleanup. Pro-active contractor with competitive prices, working safely with all the proper equipments, provided traffic and neighbors protection.

I had your company cut trees in my property in Beverly Road Teaneck NJ. 2 trees were cut down a pine tree and a maple tee. Branches were removed from 2 mulberry trees one touching the roof and the other one in line with the neighbors property affecting his fence and swimming pool. The branches were cut but still affects the neighbor’s property. I asked your staff and they said that your truck cannot fit into my driveway to cut the higher branches. The neighbor mentioned this issue and he said he still has to call another tree company to be able to do the job. If you were not able to do this then you should have offered some compensation. I am also not happy with the cleaning of the ivy at the back of the garage. I hired your company caused of the good reviews from clients.
