General Plumbing Supply

One of the worst stores I've ever been too in my entire life , store is ran by liars and deceptive practices. I placed an order with my fiancé and mother on 5/3/22 being told I would have received my vanity within 4-6 weeks also receiving paper work showing my ship date as 6/1/22 . I call the store on 5/25/22 spoke to Wanda who said she call me back in a few mins that she was going to call the supplier . 4 hours later I call back the store since she had no decency to call me back and I was told "your vanity will arrive first week of June " which obviously was a complete lie. So first week of June comes I call the store on 6/2/22 being told my order is in , I pause on the phone because I didn't even know how to reply to such an idiotic reply thinking why isn't it shipped to my house she then tells me the faucet is in and vanity won't be sent until sometime in July. And since this store is ran by children they hang up on me . this store is ran by spineless jelly fish who are scared to have real adult conversations I call the general manager Brian trying to get some sort of resolution telling him I'd comprise for a discount on my order for being lied too because his sales lady uses deceptive practices. Which he then sympathized with me and told me let me work on this for you by calling the supply to have it expedited and give an addition discount . What a waste of time as nothing got done didn't even have the decency nor the man hood to call me back . Worst experience ever, Do not shop here . This store practices deceptive practices and is affluent in consumer harm .

Wanda at GPS is amazing. She is professional and knowledgeable about all products. Everyone in the showroom is wonderful!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!! Recently purchased a shower set from this place and like many others found that one of the pieces was defective. The whole set was not cheap! Ideally if you buy something and it doesn't work then it should get replaced right? I called them right away to see if they can replace the cartridge that costs $40-$70 but the response I got is that it was installed wrong so in other words it's pretty much my fault... Really? I just spent a lot of money and this is the response I get? I saw from previous reviews that "if" the manufacturer agrees the item needs to get replaced then it can take up to several weeks to arrive. During the sale I was told Moen has a lifetime warranty and value customer service. If that's true then why not replace the part and deal with the manufacturer yourself right? Customer service 101. Obviously we can't wait that long so now I have the task of finding a solution after spending a lot of money at GPS. If you're in the market to buy higher quality supplies please do yourself a favor and stay away from GPS! They don't value customer service and are willing to sacrifice it for a small part that can be bought in Home Depot or Lowes for cheap. Very disappointed! Zero stars but I have to click on one to post this. Not sure how this company stays in business. STAY AWAY!!!!
