I was very pleased with the service. The guys were on time, explained what the process will be, and after checking everything, provided me with an estimated time to complete the job. They were very considerate of my home. Took their shoes off, covered all surfaces under the vents, vacuumed everything after they were done. They cleaned ducts, 2 dryers, and two bathrooms vents, and it def made a difference with dust levels in the house, and the dryers' performance.
I cannot stress enough that the house was perfectly clean after they were gone. As a homeowner who constantly has different small jobs done in the house, I know how much cleaning is involved after the project is done and the electrcian/plumber/contractor is gone. But not this time. They left the house spotless.
The prices were also very competitive/affordable.

Very poor experience- please think twice before using Argent plumbing for your needs!! First, despite asking several times, they didn't give me any clear estimates on the cost involved to replace my existing thermostat with a smart thermostat that I was to provide, and said that instead the technician will quote when he is at my home, before doing the job. Second, even worse, the technician comes, and right away replaces the thermostat within the first 5 mins of his time in the house without even giving us a quote and a chance to consider if we want to go ahead. Then he asks for a final charge of $380 for 5-10 mins of work, which he did without agreeing on the costs first. I email them complaining and they stop responding to my emails...Very unsatisfactory experience!!

I took the day for for a repair job that was scheduled and confirmed by Argent on email. I took the day off from work to be present. Needless to say, they never came or contacted me. I reached out was told they made a mistake and would reschedule. No apology! Would be extremely cautious in hiring them. I have for many years used them and there is a significant deterioration in their customer service.

They botched a repair job on my boiler, leaving it incomplete, and charged me a whopping $3000 for a faulty part that wasn't even the issue. This meant my tenants had no heat for three days. The company took advantage of me having provided their card info, charging me full price before completing the work. Nobody's taking ownership of the mistake; they're just trying to collect quick cash and avoid dealing with it. I'm fighting to get a refund, but they claim they can't do anything at this time.

We received top-notch and swift service from Princeton Air, particularly impressive given the harsh winter conditions in our area. Their emergency visit on a Sunday was a lifesaver when our furnace failed at its most critical moment.

I had an issue with my system last night and called them for assistance. They initially only answered the phone, but a technician arrived this morning at around 9:20. The service call cost me $149, and I was told there would be an additional diagnostic fee of $188 since they needed to use their equipment and labor to assess the problem. After the diagnosis revealed that my pump wasn't working, they also recommended replacing the pipeline for a significant amount - over $400. However, we felt the price was too steep and decided to purchase a new pump ourselves for under $150, which has fixed the issue. The technician was helpful in checking other components like coils and gas valves and answered my questions patiently.

A service was dispatched quickly on a weekend, which we appreciated. The technician identified an issue with the shower head and presented several options for repair, including replacing the cartridge, which came with a significant upfront cost.

Weltman's home services installed a water heater in my basement, doing an excellent job overall. Their technicians were courteous, efficient, and helpful, answering all my queries clearly. The whole process was hassle-free, thanks to their professionalism and prompt communication.

I pay for emergency services, but they overcharged me for a routine fix. A technician visited on the same day, understandable, but the bill was steep - specifically, it cost $700 to just clean the ignition switch and burners. PSEG would have done the job for free if we had their contract.

I get that contractors have the right to set their rates, but I felt ripped off when this guy came to my place and charged me $1,079 for unclogging my main drain. The job usually takes 1-1.5 hours, including setup and cleanup, so the price seemed way too high and not justified at all.
