HVAC unit went out during High Heat of early JULY. Trusted local contractor recommended Breylin. Kevin came out fixed unit with a capacitor he had in truck in 1/2 hr. Got us up and running.

Came out within a few hours after I made the call that my heat was out and they arrived right when they said they would! Tech went through the entire power distribution system to diagnose the issue and even had a replacement part in the truck. They are my new go to for HVAC issues.

Contacted the Owner and spoke to him via Text to discuss my system, the size, sent pictures, etc. and was told it would cost me about 7500$ to replace it. He had someone come out to verify & measure what needed to be done & to confirm the information provided and then sent me a formal estimate... 4000$ higher than his estimate that was given in writing, via text. When i contacted him to find out why, i received no response.
Unfortunate as they seem to be reputable and at ~7500$ were one of the better priced companies.

Last week on 10/15, I discovered that our heater was not working. I called Breylin and explain the problem. Someone was at our home in about 45 minutes. They diagnosed that the mother board was bad, but also pointed out that our heating unit was 33 years old. We were given prices for each and chose to replace the unit. Bill Breylin reached out and asked when we would like to have it installed. I requested that it be installed a few days later. His two employees arrived at our home this morning at 8 and were done by 11. The heater is working perfectly! They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Brylin for your heating needs in Sea Isle.
