Alpha Mechanical is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I have a home warranty company that assigned them as our vendor and they both called, texted, and emailed me immediately about setting up an appointment and came the next day. The service person who came to my house, his name is Tom, was one of the most professional, courteous, smart and hard workers I ever met. This is a company that really cares and will go the extra mile for you. I would recommend them over anyone any day. Thank you Alpha Mechanical!

I contacted Alpha on a Saturday and they were at my house monday and my AC is back up and running quick and at a reasonable price.

Wonderful company! I am a longtime customer, 15 years at least. These are the pros you want to hire when your AC or heating system breaks down. Your service call will be scheduled quickly. They will diagnose the problem correctly the first time and get the job done. The entire team is extremely professional and courteous. I have been treated very fairly throughout the years, and for that I am truly grateful to this organization. You really cannot go wrong here.

The staff was fantastic and so responsive. The whole process, from the scheduling to the installation, was a pleasure. The crew took time to explain how the new unit worked, left our house clean when they were finished, and were very professional. The whole process with Alpha Mechanical was amazing from the start. Jim responded to my request for a quote right away and was willing to meet me on the weekend to evaluate the project. We discussed what I wanted to do with the house, and Nicole and Jim sent the quote over within 2 days. Compared to other companies, their quote was the most detailed, and they offered a competitive price for some of the better systems. They answered every single one of my follow up questions within 24 hours. After accepting their quote, they scheduled the work for the very next week.

Jim and Tom showed up on the first day early and worked late through the day, a trend that continued for the rest of the week. Their crew was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to if I had any questions. Overall, the job took them 4 days to complete (2 full heat pump system installations, hydronic coil install, duct work modifications, and duct insulation/sealing), and I'm happy with how clean the installation looks. They also helped save some space in the attic by changing the layout of the ductwork and air handler. I'm confident that my family will be happy with how the equipment runs this summer.

We're very pleased with my experience with Jim and his team at Alpha Mechanical. We had an issue with a heating system and they came out and assessed the situation with care. After deciphering that we needed a new furnace, Alpha Mechanical gave us a fair price and promptly installed the new system within a couple of days. We will continue to use Alpha Mechanical for our HVAC needs without a doubt.

I have used Jim and his team at Alpha for a few years now. We use them at our personal home, our shore home (Wildwood Crest) and most importantly to me is that they service our tenants. I have received glowing reviews from my tenants when they are working in their respective units. Courteous, clean , Professional and efficiently repaired.

The hot water heater purchased and installation was excellent. Tom the mechanic did an awesome job and was very professional. He took pride in his work and was sincerely concerned with my satisfaction.

I cannot recommend Alpha Mechanical more highly. We lost our heat in the middle of winter and they came up with a scheme to remove our old steam system and install new gas heat. They got us heat really quickly and the whole team were wonderful always following up on questions and concerns and leaving the place cleaner then when they started . I am an architect and I have seen a lot of mechanical work over the years I would recommend them to our clients and to anyone reading this review. Jim and his team are the best!

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for this type of service. I cannot say enough of how impressed I am with their service. Jimmy and his crew were very professional but also personal. They aim to make the customer happy. They showed up on time, cleaned up after their job. They explained every question that I had. Family owned business....wonderful personalities n customer service skills. Detail oriented..on time..guarantees their work..very professional cleans up while working listens to your concerns trust worthy recommend them to everyone!! If you want great service at a reasonable price ask for James he'll take care of u and makes sure the job is done right. He keeps your mind at ease. He changed my 1959 heating system that came with my house along with thermostats n piping n all fixed my baseboard heating n I've had no problem what so ever. Each year they service my unit before winter starts at a very reasonable rate. You can't go wrong when you call alpha mechanical their team is the best!! I've recommended them to several ppl n they're extremely happy with their service n pricing!!!

Jim arrived as scheduled. Heating system was cycling every few minutes and not warming the house beyond 63 degrees. After a check of the furnace, he went into the attic and determined that a venting issue was causing the problem. He corrected the pitch of the PVC venting in my attic. System ran like a champ after that. Would definitely call in the future if needed.

We did not have a heating or ac system in our home when we bought it almost 6 yrs ago. For most of that time we’ve used window ac units & space heaters (spending a small fortune on our electric bills yet not quite reaching tolerable comfort levels).

Recently Alpha Mechanical replaced our daughter’s older heat/ac system next door & we asked if they could come over & give us an estimate. Approximately one week later we are the brand new owners of an amazing ductless system ourselves! It has been such an incredible experience! They were so fast & efficient in their work while being friendly & professional at the same time! We highly recommend their services to everyone!

We had someone else come out first; there was no air coming out of the vents upstairs at all in our home, and the temperature was around 85-90°F. The first company that came out said the transformer and the circuit board needed to be replaced, for $3k. He then said that there may be other problems and recommended getting an entire new system for $18-20k. The technician was at our house for 3 hours trying to "diagnose" the issue.

We obviously chose to get a second opinion. Alpha Mechanical was able to have someone come out within 15 minutes of calling! The owner, Jim, took a look and said nothing was wrong with the circuit board or transformer. He was able to get it up and running, with cool air in approximately 15-20 minutes. He replaced the filter, drained the water, added coolant, and the system is now running better than before! Not to mention, the price was extremely affordable!

Jim was very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend and will continue using Alpha Mechanical for our HVAC needs! Thanks so much Jim!

The folks at Alpha Mechanical installed a Navien tankless water heater for me. The installers were quite pleasant and answered all of my questions promptly. It was an all day job but barely knew they were there. They cleaned up very nicely after themselves. The unit itself takes up less space, which is nice, and gives a consistent temperature with little or no adjustments needed. The job, and the product are well worth it. I couldn't be happier.
