There was one really nice salesperson, the rest were very nasty and impatient, and shark-like. Go online and you'll get the same brand names for less. The styles went mostly from gaudy to extra gaudy. It was not worth the drive there, really a waste of time, you can order the same brands from Lowe's or Home Depot.

Great service and awesome selection of lightning for any style you may be looking for. I recently stopped in to see if they had a part for my chandelier, and Andrew found the piece. I stopped at Home Depot and they tried to help, but Billows took the service to the next level and solved my problem. I highly recommend Billows for all your lightning needs.

Has someone that knows nothing about electrical work. I came in with a list of what I needed. I found them to be extremely friendly and courteous even with the novice. I also thought that prices were more than fair. The breaker I end up buying was less than half the price I expected it to be.

My wife and I are building a new home. With the worry and possible confusion on selecting ALL the lighting and fans, we were anticipating being overwhelmed, however, upon arriving at Billows, we were greeted by a wonderful young lady, Devon. She immediately made us feel relaxed and took control in an organized order. She was knowledgeable, kind and extremely patient. We never felt like we were being rushed and Devon always took the time to give suggestions when she felt we were uncertain. The entire staff was friendly as well. I would highly, highly recommend Billows as their selection is also never ending.

We recently did a major kitchen remodel and were in need of kitchen lighting. We tried to buy something online and also looked in the big box home improvement centers. We had zero success with this. We then visited your location. The amount of display lighting is perfect. Our Lighting Consultant,Sue Meissler was attentive, professional and great to work with. We were able to purchase our pendant kitchen light because of this. I will say that both times that I was there,it was busy but trust me, it’s worth it. We are very happy with our light!
Plus, the gentlemen in the electrical supply section of the store were really friendly and helpful as well.

Very rude consultant.I was there to buy light fixtures for my house. I asked Suzanne the design consultant about the return policy on the light, she told me theirs no return on the one I was looking at. When I went to the register paying, there was a big sign saying everything as a 90 day return. I asked her about the sign, she rudely said she doesn’t know about that.

They go by Cooper electric now. Not too happy with my experience with counter guys this morning. They didnt know what a repair plug is They said 27 and 30 years experience each. I may be a hvac guy with 15 years experience but its not my first time walking into a Cooper electric asking for a repair plug but it was my first time walking in and asking it and being treated like im a fool.

These people came to my house looked around told me what they think was the problem and never fixed it. Never gave a quote or anything. This is insane it’s like they stop doing business the day they left.

I had Arden Electric do some electrical work. I received the bill & paid it promptly, however, I thought the bill was excessive for basic work, so I spoke to a few companies to get their estimate for the same work. They all gave me an estimate of 25-30% less, (not a large amount, but it's the principle, not the dollar amount).

I've called Arden Electric in West Berlin several times to discuss why I was overcharged. They WILL NOT return any of my calls. They obviously overcharged me purposely, otherwise, they would call me back.

Do not trust this company!

My wife and I had the pleasure of using Arden Electrical for our recent home remodeling project! First let me say, what a great group of professionals, from Scott, Chris, Mike and their entire team! We presented a vision of recess lighting, 17 ft hanging ceiling fan, lighting for bathroom vanity mirrors and they delivered! Looking forward to using them for our next project in the Spring. We bought a 100 year old home that needed a new kitchen, bathroom, powder room and much more.

We got proposals from 3 different contracting firms.

Calderbanks was referred to us from a friend, but was the only one of the three that we had not heard of.

They were the most attentive and most cost-efficient (provided a lot more services for the even lower than other options). So we selected them, though we were nervous because we had never heard of them.

We made the right decision. The work was great. Throughout the process they added additional projects at no cost. When larger projects came up (like straightening our garage or waterproofing the exterior), they provided very reasonable pricing.

I highly recommend Glenn and team. Glenn is straight-forward, detail-oriented and highly-skilled at solving most home renovation issues.

We just finished an extensive home improvement project with Calderbank’s that included plumbing, electrical, plus a ton of intricate carpentry (replacing destroyed 100+ year old inlaid hardwood floors). We could not be happier with the finished product. The attention to detail alone was worth the price, but it’s the fact that Glenn sources the best possible materials that sealed the deal for me. Respectful, courteous, and always on time as promised. This is the best contractor experience we’ve ever had.

RWL does great work. In 2017 we purchased a building and RWL did all the plumbing upgrades: new a kitchen, new bathroom, hot water heater, etc. RWL installed the plumbing and connected the fixtures. Last week we had a problem with a clogged sewer line. RWL made an emergency call 30 minutes after we contacted them and they quickly fixed our problem. Very responsive and excellent work!!!

B&B Heating and Air has been effectively maintaining my Heat and Air Conditioning for 22 years. They also installed an entirely new system within the past 2 years. They have never let me down with their professional and friendly approach, their responsiveness and expertise. Highly recommended! Thank you
