My husband and I went to this location to deal with a number of issues. When we walked in we we greeted by an associate that addressed us in a snooty, arrogant manner. We started with asking about replacing a cover for a light fixture in the 13 year old house we bought. Her attitude and body language made it clear we were annoying her. She told us they don't sell replacements. No "maybe we can find you an alternative" or any other indication she was interested in us as customers. We plan on replacing/updating may light fixtures for our home but we both felt unwelcome. We will never use or recommend this location to or friends.

Awesome showroom and the staff is very helpful! The manager, Shaun, was extremely helpful as well! We will be back to upgrade more of our light fixtures in our home. :)
