They don’t even deserve one star
This company installed the new HVAC system in my new home. I had them back multiple times in the winter and summer. Severe issues with the upstairs heating and cooling. They refused to correct issues. I had another company come out to assess and found out the ductwork to the upstairs was extremely undersized and installed not correctly. This is a terrible company and the owner and his sons definitely do not know what they’re doing.

Joe and his family owned business did a great job replacing my central AC unit. I received quotes from several other companies before finding B&B and they blew them away. Joe also helped me out a few times since always getting back to me promptly to help out. Great work, price and experience with B&B.

I paid them to replace all of my duct work in the crawl space. I knew one of the workers and my family member went to school with another one.

The guaranteed the work, and I trusted them through the people we knew. Hard 6 inch ducting was to be installed with new outlets to increase airflow.

They couldn’t replace the outlets because “they are custom” and all of the ducting that was supposed to be hard duct work is the flexible fiberglass ducting, which was zip tied on.

Use another company.

I can’t say enough nice things about B & B. Service was fast and the work went smoothly. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would definitely recommend B & B to my friends and family.

We have used B & B for every house we have owned over the past 20+ years. They are prompt, professional, trustworthy and someone we will continue to use.

Tony came right out on a Sunday and had the part for us the following day installed. He was friendly and professional. This is the same company that installed our heater when the house was built and we always call them. if there's ever a problem. highly recommend them.

Was loyal to this company for service. Really liked and trusted the gentleman who serviced our system for almost 10 years. When replacing double unit HVAC a couple years ago, stayed loyal even though they weren’t the cheapest quote.

They left my house dirty, didn’t move things back into place and the installation of my outside unit is not the workmanship I’d have hoped for what we paid. When I called to voice my disappointment it was not well received. And then apparently they decided to fire me as a customer and not continue with my service any longer. A really interesting approach for a small, local business.

Plenty of other options out there.

B&B heating did a great job and really came through for us within less than a day and getting a new heater as we had no heat and it was freezing. They came out on New Year’s Eve and installed the new one. They could’ve waited till after the holidays but really took care of us. Thank you so much B&B heating

Mike and Chaz are good people and they know their stuff. They are accurate punctual professional hard working honest they helped us in a heating crisis and have helped another project...I highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be more grateful for Kellys Mechanical. Mike was so friendly and explained all my options both financially and equipment options. His guys were very professional and explained everything to me after the install. My system works amazing. Im such a clean freak so I was incredibly impressed to see that they left their work area very clean when they were done.

My heater was down I have 3 kids in the house Mike showed up and got the job done!!!

Really happy with these guys. Had an issue with my HVAC system at my Voorhees home. All the other HVAC companies didn’t answer their phones.

These guys answered on the first ring. Mike came out on a Sunday morning to get my heat working again. Mike was knowledgeable, honest and charged a fair price for the work.

Mike is the absolute best in the industry. You couldn’t ask for a more honest, hardworking and professional company. We get all our heating and AC done through Kelly’s. Would never use anyone else. Highly recommend. Thanks Mike for everything!

Great guy To deal with. Very transparent, honest, and reliable.

Bill came out in the middle of a heat wave. He replaced what needed to be replaced and had my AC back up and running quicker than any other company would have. Very reasonable, efficient, and professional. Recommending Bill to anyone who has issues!

We had two separate issues with our heater two winters apart. Jim was out in no time to make sure we had heat after waking up to a 45 degree home! The week of Christmas no less...Professional, courteous and fast. Highly recommend!

I have called Alpha Mechanical Heating and Cooling on different occasions, and they have always responded quickly and professionally to repair our 30+ year old Heater and Air Conditionar issues. This past September we called Alpha Mechanical for pricing on a new Trane Heater, Air Conditioning, steam Humidifier, and Air Cleaner. Jim McGonagle came out and looked over everything, sized our system and gave us a great price. They setup a day and time and he and he had a crew clean our 30+ year old ducts, and his crew installed the best heater and air that we have ever had. This system is very efficient, our energy costs are lower and we are happy. Oh, and my wife says that the steam Humidifier keeps her hands from drying and cracking. Great Company & People.

Appreciate Alpha mechanical installing our air-conditioning and heating system. Worked on getting our AC done in June and were very helpful in getting the extra external boiler system hooked up as well.
They are clean and efficient.

Jim and his team went above expectations on the install of a new gar furnace and ac unit. They were efficient and left the area super clean. They even removed an old 40 year old solid concrete pad. Highly recommend Alpha in the area.
