Did research and asked for free estimates from five (5) contractors for indoor wood trim staining that had 28+ years of old paint on it and had 30+ years of wear & tear on it. Four were totally over the top expensive, which I believe they were trying to take advantage of a senior. They will remain anonymous. The fifth contractor was Camely Costa of Cosanostra Painters LLC. On our intial meeting he was professional and assessed the project explained the process and the different stain options along with length of time. He provided a fair quote which I accepted. Camely Costa arrived on time and kept the worksite very clean! It was a pleasure to work with Camely Costa of Cosanostra Painters LLC he delivered exactly what he promised. I would highly recommend for any wood staining project. The finish is flawless and he had a deep knowledge of wood staining. A beautiful job and a fantastic value compared to the other four (4) contractors. It was a pleasure to work with a company that is fully insured & delivers exactly what they promise! Cosanostra Painters LLC will be used again for future projects!

Did a really nice job on our guest room and guest room closet. Patched our deteriorating plaster walls, painted ceilings and all trim, and wallpapered. Swapped out a ceiling fan and wall sockets as well. Worked at the times our schedules would allow, and was easy to reach when we had questions. Very easy going and friendly. Would highly recommend.

This company consistently falls short on staffing, leaving customers without adequate assistance. Even when help is finally found, it often leads to incorrect directions, a frustratingly recurring issue.

Don't waste your time with Home Depot's windows. My experience was a disaster from start to finish.

I ordered 7 windows on July 26th, but the original installation date came and went without any progress. When I reached out to the Bloomfield store, I was told they had nothing to do with installations. They gave me a phone number to call, which took two days to get someone on the line. The new installation date was set for September 27th, but that didn't work out either.

The installer, supposedly Domus, came and installed some of the windows, but one was cracked. I was told it wasn't my responsibility to mention this to Home Depot, despite them taking money from me. I had to track down HD Services again to get an update on the installation date. This time, I was told to wait until November 24th - almost two months later.

Yesterday passed with no one showing up or following up from Home Depot. When I called again, I was told that the installation would finally take place on December 20th. It's unacceptable that they left me to fend for myself. The whole process has been unhelpful and lacking in basic problem-solving skills.

It's baffling that Home Depot is working with an installer who doesn't have a clear escalation plan when there's a mistake like this. And now, I'll be facing winter with a broken window. To avoid this nightmare, pay the extra cost to go with reputable companies that actually care about customer service. Home Depot Services is just a hands-off liaison with horrible service. It's no wonder their business is struggling - I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
