William was extremely helpful in my inquiries on different pricing (better prices than a few other places I called too). Appreciated them from start to finish. Texted to confirm, asked if they are okay that they’re early, very kind and gave helpful advice while working, and the apartment is smelling fresh. Would 100% recommend and will be using again!

I needed to clean my rugs and found Klean Bright of Bloomfield. I was a bit hesitant as I did not have recommendations for this business and didn’t know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised! William showed up 15 min before the appointment and was actually waiting to call the ring on time! Very considerate and polite! He cleaned the rugs thoroughly, helped me to move them where they belong and even did an additional small rug at no charge. My rugs literally look like new! I was also impressed how fast the whole job was performed. It took about an hour for 4 rugs. Fantastic job, William! Highly recommend! And the rugs were dry in about an hour!

William was awesome. He was prompt, able to provide services quickly and efficiently. He got rid of a pesky pet urine issue in my bedroom carpet that I was unable to get out with the hand held pet vacuum cleaner or anything else for that matter. The carpet looks brand new and smells great! Very thankful for Klean Bright!

William came to clean up our 7 seater white L shaped couch and did an amazing job. Punctual, easy communication, amazing results. Highly recommend this company. Had to deal with scammers previously but Klean Bright did not disappoint. I will hire them again in the future.

First time trying out Klean Bright and very happy with their service. Detail oriented and even got out a stain created by my daughter’s slime making days. The stain had been on my sofa cushion for several years and two other upholstery cleaners could not get it out. I wish I had a before and after photo. He did a great job on my area rug as well. Highly recommend this company. Very nice, prompt and responsive.

William was awesome. Arrived just before 8am and finished just before 9am. Quick, efficient and the couch looks cleaner than the day we bought it. Even gave us tips on spot cleaning for the future. Really nice guy and great customer service. Will definitely be calling for next year's cleaning.

William did an amazing job cleaning our cream couch. I have two dogs and he was able to get all the stains and hair out. He also recommended getting certain products to keep the couch looking new. Aside from the cleaning William had great energy! Will definitely be using him again.

William arrived early, was very professional and did an incredible job of cleaning my couch and rug efficiently. As someone with twin toddlers and a massive dog I made the wrong decision of purchasing a cream colored couch from RH and thought that I would have to get rid of it and purchase another couch. William really saved me a TON of money and stress!

We had Klean Bright clean our carpet and a large couch, and the entire experience was great. William was responsive to my initial email and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently and the job was done in a little over an hour. He got a stubborn coffee stain out of our carpet, and the couch looks so much better and no longer smells like dog. 😌

I called the 973 number yesterday night completely distraught after our beloved dog was sick all over our room and board sectional and two custom chairs. William spoke to me even though it was after hours, rearranged his schedule and came the next morning. Our furniture looks better than new and William was so kind and funny. He even cleaned our dining chairs. We will be calling again under less dire circumstances for a professional refresh bi-annually while the dog and kids are young. Thanks again.

I used Klean Bright to freshen up some outdoor furnitures. William was on time, and he was so patient with all my request. All the furnitures came out looking amazing. I will be using his service in the future.

Five stars isn’t enough for William with Klean Bright! He showed up right on time and cleaned the hell out of my couch — like seriously, it looks brand new. Klean bright was super prompt in calling me back to schedule and fit me into their busy schedule to try and treat the stain on my couch as quickly as possible. He has come back out twice now to make sure it is completely out. Would highly recommend Klean Bright. The owner is kind, detailed oriented, fairly priced, and extremely prompt in all communications. He even said I could reach out and ask what products to use if I ever had a spill on my couch or other upholstery. It is hard to find companies like this. I will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Our experience with William at Klean Bright was super positive! He was timely for our quote as well as the day of service, professional, polite, and the price seemed very fair. Our carpets look great! He showed me the dirty water, and it was amazing the amount of dirt his machines got up. Will definitely be rescheduling with him in the future.

I had Klean Bright come to my new apartment to clean two rugs and two linen bed frames, and I couldn't be more impressed. They were punctual, professional, and even took the time to share helpful best practices and tips to keep my beds and rugs looking fresh. I thought I kept everything in pretty good shape, but the amount of gunk that came out of their machine was shocking—in the best (and grossest) way! an AMAZING jobbbb, i attached some before & after pictures for reference. My couch was stained & had a terrible odor from my dog throwing up, klean bright did a great job of getting those stains out, disinfecting, & it smells clean again! Would definitely book again.
