We had a great experience working with Julio from the Excel Facility Services Group. He was great in working with understanding our needs and urgency in getting our facility working with improved cleaning protocols.
If I could give zero stars, I would, but not for the employee cleaning person, but the "President" of the company Alvin Romero. After informing his company FOUR times that the cleaner needed to come during business hours, and having the staff still come after hours, I emailed to cease service. His email correspondence was unprofessional, petty and if it had been an employee of mine communicating with a customer in such a manner, he would have been fired. He has refused to provide a signed copy of the contract my company has with his, and he is refusing to end the contract, without 30 day notice. Yet he had his employess trespassing after it was made very clear that they cannot be here after hours. I would never recommend this company. If there was a way to attach his emails to this review, I would, to show the type of person he is,
