We had a great experience working with Julio from the Excel Facility Services Group. He was great in working with understanding our needs and urgency in getting our facility working with improved cleaning protocols.

If I could give zero stars, I would, but not for the employee cleaning person, but the "President" of the company Alvin Romero.

After informing his company FOUR times that the cleaner needed to come during business hours, and having the staff still come after hours, I emailed to cease service.

His email correspondence was unprofessional, petty and if it had been an employee of mine communicating with a customer in such a manner, he would have been fired.

He has refused to provide a signed copy of the contract my company has with his, and he is refusing to end the contract, without 30 day notice. Yet he had his employess trespassing after it was made very clear that they cannot be here after hours.

I would never recommend this company. If there was a way to attach his emails to this review, I would, to show the type of person he is,

Very pleased with Excel. I have had Excel in the more than 4 years at my office and they job is always done well. Especially during the pandemic, Excel employees have gone above and beyond in keeping my office clean and safe. I recommend highly.

I was a bit worried about cleaning my viscose rug because I’ve heard it can get damaged easily. However, the team seemed experienced and explained how they treat delicate materials differently. They picked it up and returned it within the promised time. When I saw it again, it looked clean and smooth without any damage. The shine of the rug was still there, which was important to me. Overall, it was a good experience, and I felt my rug was handled carefully.

I had two woven Flatweaves runners cleaned here after years of heavy use in our hallway and kitchen. One rug had food stains while the other had dirt and fading from sunlight exposure. The company explained that woven rugs require a special cleaning method because dirt becomes trapped deep inside the structure. They collected both rugs from our apartment and cleaned them professionally at their warehouse. When the rugs returned, the colors looked noticeably brighter and the woven texture felt much cleaner and softer. They also repaired small edge issues that I had not even noticed before. Very professional Oriental rug cleaning service and worth every dollar.

They helped lay each rug exactly where we wanted. Truly skilled and very courteous professionals.
