Greenpro rug care and their team were very professional from our initial conversations regarding their services, pricing, and through our communications regarding scheduling and including the cleaning work itself. The technicians arrived promptly at the agreed upon time, and were very thorough and efficient. The services I had requested were to pick up my very large Oriental handmade rugs (priceless antique heirlooms) for cleaning,The techs explained they would be needing sanitizing and shampooing after my puppies had a few accidents on them. Then we had some cleaning tasks in several rooms through my home. I was very happy with the outcome and will be using this team again. You saved my rugs and I am very appreciative of that thank you!

From start to finish their communication was outstanding, they kept me updated with before, during, and after photos so I always knew exactly what was happening. Scheduling was also super flexible. I was actually planning a surprise for my wife, and they worked with me to make sure everything stayed a secret and happened at the perfect time.

Their pricing was more than fair, especially considering how thorough the job was. They truly cleaned every possible detail and didn’t rush anything, you can tell they take pride in their work.

They were also very careful of my cats and even took some checkup pictures of them to let me know all was well!

I am late on writing this review which is something you don't have to worry about from Klean Bright. They are always on time and we have used them several times over the course of two years.

They are friendly, professional, quick, and informative. As they progress from room to room they let you know what they are doing. We have small kids who use every room as a playground :-), but by time Klean Bright is done you would not know it. They were able to get out stains that I did not think were possible. At the same time, they are upfront on the stains they could not get out.

I would recommend Klean Bright to any busy parents. You will spend more time and effort trying with store rental machines and bottle products that are not guaranteed to work. I know because I have tried them in the past. Depending on the stain, you will not know if you got it out until the carpet dries. By that time , you may have already returned the machine.

If you want quick, reliable, friendly service. Go with Klean Bright. I will.

Awesome experience getting our couch and pillows cleaned with William. He was very responsive to our questions, answered them all clearly and it shows he knows what he’s doing. We’ll definitely now do regular cleaning on our couch with him.
