I called to replace a few faucets on my old basement sink. These guys came the next morning, on time, and they were in and out in less than 20mins. Very seamless and friendly. They even answered some questions I had about my boiler. Would recommend and will hire again!

Called them in a panic at 8am: sewage backup into my shower (I.e., please help me asap!) Team was here at 8:12am. Problem fixed as well as root cause identified/future action plan communicated back to me, all by 8:45am. Price seemed fair (but when you have feces coming into your shower, it’s less so the price and more so the ability to just fix it immediately.) Incredibly efficient. Will absolutely call Palumbo for any and all plumbing needs!

Responsive and quick fixes. I've now used Palumbo twice and each time they've been responsive, quick, and friendly. I've tried calling over a half dozen other plumbers in the area to help fix issues that have come up and only Palumbo Plumbing and Heating has responded and been out quickly to fix issues. Other companies have literally said, "We don't do jobs that small". With Lenny from Palumbo Plumbing and Heating, he returns my calls, talks to me about the issues, and then works out what needs to be done to fix the problem.

He and his team are timely with scheduled appointments, and on that rare occasion where an emergency arose that required a rescheduling, Len was quick to inform and reschedule and mitigate any inconvenience. Communication, so often lacking in our fast paced society, is one his strong attributes and we greatly appreciate the consideration. Leo is the kind of guy you keep asking to come back, he's just that good. From fixing our leaky tub to installing a new gas line for our outdoor grill, he does it all (or knows someone who does). Had a new gas furnace installed last winter. Barely a year later, multiple issues. Previous installers used the wrong size pipe, and cut corners on everything else! Palumbo Plumbing corrected everything including replacing an old steam pipe and installed the correct sized pipe. A very thorough and complete redo of my furnace! Just a great job on everything!
