Yes they fixed one problem. For the second one they never showed up even tho we agreed on which day he'd come. I was also promised an email with receipt and report, never got that either. Just don't promise if you not gonna deliver...

Chris and his team are my go to. They helped me out before and I called them recent for another small issue. They’re very responsive and do great works.

Mr. Lowe is professional and courteous, also honest, prompt, and reasonably priced. He is very knowledgeable with the older homes in the area, like with our Victorian houses and its old radiators. He stayed for an hour, as he said he would and during that time, fixed out toilet, our leaking faucet and three radiators. (also his truck is awesome). THANK YOU!

After trial and error with terrible plumbers who had nonsensical solutions, I finally found a guy that knows his stuff. He’s incredible at figuring out and getting to the root of the problem. And that saves me a lot of money. Trustworthy!

Plumber installed a toilet charged me $959.63. Cleared a line for $574.71 and came back a few days later cleared the line again for another $574.71

Distraught over my situation I took to Google and I researched my options. These guys had good ratings, and I gave them a call. The guy on the phone, his name was Mike I think, and he was very informative as to what needed to happen next, and recommended I call my insurance for approval. After calling my insurance it turns out they had a pre-approved company they work with, but I just wanted to state that these guys were very kind and helpful over the phone and I'd recommend them based on my limited experience

Great service! I called and they were here 20 minutes later. Within 20 minutes they’d cleared out the drain we’d been trying to snake and drano on our own to absolutely no avail. Made it look easy peasy. Our house is ancient and the plumbing regularly gives us trouble, so the next time the pipes rear their heads and remind us they’ve been here since the 6th day of creation, we’ll definitely call Resolute again.

Had a clogged sewer line on a Sunday. Called Tom @ Resolute...within 1 hour he was at my house and unclogged my sewer line promptly and professionally . I have used his services in the past and as always he is reliable, does excellent work and is always professional!! Thank u Tom!!

I had an issue with a leaky toilet and Tom was there when I needed him. The service was fast and Tom was incredibly professional and courteous. I haven't had an issue since, 10/10 stuff
