I had a sink that was clogged and had some peculiar plumbing left over from the previous owner. I called Resolute and got Tom on the phone who was clear about pricing and was able to schedule an appointment later in the same day. He came over and examined the situation and we talked about the peculiar plumbing. Tom proposed a change to it and gave me a quote to fix the plumbing and the clog, which was very fair pricing. He got started immediately and in very short order was finished up.

He cleaned up after his work, and was thoughtful while he was working. Once he was done, Mike (works with Tom) went around the rest of the house to ensure that the clog fix had not inadvertently caused a problem in the rest of the house.

Tom was very personable and his rates were reasonable...this is not always a given in his profession, so I'm happy to have met him and to have him to call on in the future.

Needed the powder room toilet fixed. Tom responded very quickly and gave me a price and repaired the toilet that day. He and Mike are both really nice guys. Highly recommend

I spoke with Tom (owner) on the phone and set up an appointment for the following day to have a washing machine drain line cleared out. I am extremely happy with my experience. Tom was very personable and took the time to go over what they were going to do, the equipment used, and after the work was done gave me pointers to help prevent the pipe from clogging in the future (lint trap on the end of the hose).

I hired Resolute Sewer & Drain for a sewer scope and couldn't be happier. Tom was responsive, punctual, efficient, & personable and I found his rates to be extremely reasonable. I will definitely be holding onto his card for any plumbing needs I have in the future and recommending Resolute to anyone who needs to same services.

Before finding this company, I had a horrible customer service experience with a different company also located in Bloomfield. So glad that I eventually found Tom. Even with the bad weather conditions causing a high volume of plumbing needs in the area, Tom showed up the next day, right on time, gave me a reasonable price, and the job was done within the hour. He provided me with a beautiful new faucet for my kitchen sink! Also, having beige carpeting in my home, it was an absolute A+ that he and his worker Mike showed up with boot covers on to make sure my floors were protected. Tom and Jay were a pleasure to work with. They were able to come out to our home the same morning that I called. Tom quickly assessed our issue as a clogged main sewer line and fixed it promptly. They gave us a super fair price and kept the area clean. We will not hesitate to use Resolute again.

I CANNOT recommend Tom enough. We had a valve issue with our boiler and didn’t have hot water or heat. Friends recommended Tom, we texted him, and he stopped by on his way to an appointment 15 minutes later. He was such a delight. He was honest, incredibly fair priced, and really good at what he does. He fit us in in the afternoon and everything fixed within an hour. We will only be using Tom going forward and can’t wait to recommend him to others.

Basement toilet had backed up with sewage. Feeling this was an emergency reached out to neighbors for referrals and did some googling. After calling several places Tom from Resolute returned my call immediately. After a few mins of talking to me understanding the urgency he told me he would see me in 30mins. He had another job that was not urgent and wanted to let the client know he had to service our house.
Tom showed up within the time he told me. Professional and knowledgeable. He explained things to me and help me understand how these things happen and preventative things to do. It seemed these type of thing has happen before at our house (purchased in 2015).
Tom and Mike snakes out the pipes both in the house and out to the road. Made sure all the plumbing in house ran/flushed correctly. He also help refer me to a local restoration company that is helping me with the damage to floor and walls.
I definitely would recommend Tom and team. Not only responsive, professional I felt their price for the service was very fair.

Wonderful, professional service by Chris today. Needed to hook up my hose outside and the pipe was rusted and not operable. I called and was pleasantly surprised when he said he would be over as soon as he finished a job he was doing. Everything was repaired, inside as well as outside. I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call on him again in the future.

First time using Stamp Plumbing. They ran a 1” gas line for a new pool heater about 90’. This was a big job and took a few days. We passed inspection with the town and everything was great. I am very happy with the price and quality of work. The final price was exactly as quoted even though the job took longer than expected. I will definitely use them again. Unlike so many companies today, Christopher is very easy to reach by phone or text.

I have used Chris on numerous occasions and he has always been prompt and professional. I just recently needed a hot water heater replaced. Chris came out on a Sunday morning and got the job done. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of plumbing work!

Update! Chris and Josh have been helping me with a huge basement refinish and man, they are the only team who hasn’t let me down. Chris is so reliable, speedy, upfront, and he cares about doing a good job. I keep calling whenever something goes wrong and he shows up without delay, does an excellent job, and charges fairly. He is a darling and is the only plumber I’ll let work on our house.

We first started using Chris in 2020 for a plumbing leak in our condo building. I have also used him for repairs in my unit to the boiler and toilet. Chris is very responsive, will do everything possible to make it to you on the same day or within the next day. He’s professional, explains what needs to be done and why and stays within his quotes which are reasonable. Reliable plumbers are hard to fine. You don’t need to look any further so, give him a call!

I reached out to Christopher Stamp to see if he can help when our hot water heater broke. He made time to stop by to see what he can do that same night. The next morning things got critical because the heater started leaking water. I called him again and Christopher made time to come over and help us. He promised he would come back and replace the heater later that evening. (I was nervous he would not have time...and he may have to reschedule.) He kept me updated on his ETA, which was really appreciated. He did a great job and went above and beyond to ensure that we had hot water and everything was running safely before going home. I had such a good experience with Christopher and his team who installed my water pressure booster! He was super quick, professional, and even left the place spick and span. Chris is great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and trustworthy plumber. He was able to quickly diagnose an issue with a hot water tank that another technician failed to diagnose, and made every effort to locate a store that carried a limited model to replace the tank. It's rare to find any technician that exhibits the level of professionalism and responsiveness that Chris does. I would absolutely call him for any plumbing related work in the future.

Chris and his team did multiple projects for me, the largest being a full replacement of my sump pump which required digging out the pit and installing a water back up. He was very hands on and involved and even helped get a replacement faucet when it was discovered that the one I had purchased was broken. Really appreciate the fast service, good communication and job completed well. Recommend!
