Vinnie was excellent! He was professional and clearly takes pride in his work - our yard looks so much better after this spring clean up.

This is the second season we have been using Augusta to cut our lawn. They are always there the day they are scheduled for, and handle the cutting promptly, as working from home now the noise is quick and not bothersome. We had some issues of a mower breaking a septic cap and some areas of the lawn not being cut, but once we reported to customer service, the problems were fixed. The cap was replaced within a few day and on the next cutting, the entire area of the lawn was cut properly. It is difficult to be perfect all the time, but what companies can control is their responses to feedback, and Augusta handled that very professionally!

Really did a great job on our backyard -TONS OF LEAVES. Initially we told them there was no rush at all then found out we had family coming into town at the last minute . They were able to get it all done in time . Easy to coordinate with and very responsive to our inquiries. Will definitely use them again next fall and considering having them come in again in the spring to do a post winter cleanup . Happy to be able to support a local business .

Was happy with all services that were provided the day my lawn done. He definitely took the time/care and covered all my yard.
My lawn was high at the time and I totally understand there's going to be a lot of grass clippings, my only problem was that when the job was finished and he used the blower to blow all the grass clippings they turned out to be in my mailbox, all over the front of my house on the sills of my windows and on my car, etc. This was discouraging. Next visit hoping will be different.

So far, so good! Fair pricing. Easy to set up services. Online payment is very convenient. Bi-weekly mowing services start in July, which is highly preferable. The person who came to mow/clean up our lawn was careful and efficient. No complaints! :)

Super fair pricing and great experience! I had some nasty overgrown shrubs/bushes that I needed removed and they came when they said they would and did the work exactly as agreed upon.
I will DEFINITELY use them again.

We had a fantastic experience with Augusta! The quality of the black-dyed mulch was top-notch—rich color, clean, and evenly shredded. They took their time and didn’t make a mess.
They clearly communicated when install day would be, and we even had to reschedule with the rain. Pricing was the best in the area. Our yard looks amazing! Highly recommend!! Photo is just a small portion of the job.
