Excellent customer service!! and good price! this is the story: 2 days a go, I got a called from my parents with the news that we had a bad leak in the dining room ceiling, I knew it was coming from the bathroom on 2nd floor, and yes, it was a leak from the waste pipe from the bathtub, I knew this because when I came home from work, I found a hole on the dining room ceiling from the leak and the pipes were exposed. this was bad for us, I have 3 kids that need the shower and some guess in the house...I called my old plumber and he was very far and busy.....I didn't know any plumber around the area and it was 3pm already, then I go to google, do a search, and many big companies with reviewes appeared but I wanted and needed something fast and without appointments, found Fred on the list, I called him at around 3:30 pm, veryyyyy friendly, I explained the problem and he came at 4:15pm...fixed the problem at around 5 pm and I can honestly tell you that the price was very reasonable. Now I have a good plumber in NJ.
Fred's Plumbing came in and performed multiple line items well under the budget I had mentally set. Friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. A basement leak was found via a small port cut and then the real work began of removing wall and cutting 100 year old cast iron and replacing it with PVC. The job was performed quickly and efficiently and they came with protective floor coverings and cleaned and removed all debris. I will call them back for anything that goes wrong in the house and would highly recommend them to anyone who mentions they need a plumber.
