We've been using Kagel's for our HVAC needs for the past few years. They are outstanding! They are very responsive to questions and easy to get a hold of for maintenance etc. It's been over 2 years since I first called Joe. I'm still very happy that I did. My air conditioner was leaking and not working during this week heat wave. Jay at Kagel stayed on top of the manufacturer to be certain repair parts were sent out as quickly as possible. Joe came out to service my AC unit and got it running like new again. He was very professional, fresh shoe coverings and mask worn. He showed me what a good part of the problem was and what to do to maintain it. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend!

I had a problem with my furnace on a Sunday late afternoon and I didn't know what Kagel's Sunday schedule was. As it turned out, I didn't need to be concerned...they called me back within the hour. The Kagel staff is so friendly and helpful. Luke arrived in a well-marked company vehicle. When he came to the door, he was so polite and clean-cut and he put covers on his shoes to protect my carpet as he stepped into the house. He was very professional and efficient and let me know exactly what work he had to do on the furnace before he did it. I couldn't be happier with Kagel's or their staff!

We called when our heat stopped work, knowing it was time to replace our whole heating and ac units. The had a couple proposals to me within an hour. Came out later that day to take measurement. The next morning they showed up first thing in the morning and the job was done by the end of the business day. They were very clean, friendly, and answered every question we had. They wore their face masks the whole time, wore foot protection while walking through our house. I truly had wonderful experience dealing with this company. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Kagel's Heating and AC for over 15 years, they are very knowledgeable and professional. They do great work, the technicians are very clean, after installing a new HVAC system in my house there was not a mark on the floors or walls, they even vacuumed up the space they were working in before they left.

Joe Kagel also donated his time and work for a non profit organization in Bordentown, NJ that I was in charge of. Joe donated a new heating system and installed it for us, the work helped to benefit a large number of children in the area that utilized this space during the winter months. Joe is a great person all around!!!

Joe the tech today went beyond expectations. He paid attention and adjusted so many little things for my 3 year old AC, which will add up to saving money and more efficient comfort.

Our central air stopped working as we were moving in to our new house, and Kagel's was extremely quick and responsive. They were able to look at our unit the day after we called, and loaned us two window units until they came a few days later to replace our central air. They also put in a new furnace for us. Very friendly, and very responsive. Highly recommend.
