I called Kagel’s to take a look at our almost 18 year old AC units that had stopped blowing cold air. They came out, diagnosed the issues, and explained all of our options. Our current units were at the end of their life, the coolant had been discontinued and it probably made sense to replace our units. The furnaces we had were probably not far off as well and they gave us a couple of quotes with several options to replace our current system. After we made our decision, they were out to measure and install in about a week. The day we scheduled for the installation they sent a whole team and they completed the entire installation in about 7 hours. Their work was noticeably better than our original builders; everything looked great and the performance met or exceeded our expectations. The workmanship and the service we received was top notch. Highly recommend.

PS: They also replaced our almost 18 year old water heater on the same day. Very satisfied.

We used Kagel’s to replace our 24 year old, dead central air unit. From our first call to their office to the time they completed our install and left our house, everyone we dealt with was excellent.

I found Kagel’s on the web- I read other customer reviews & decided they were the company for us. I called & spoke with Linda - she originally said someone would be able to come out to our house the following day - when I explained our situation, she found a way to squeeze us into the same day schedule.
Within a few hours, Joe was at our door to help. With his knowledge & expertise, he made a diagnosis & within no time he replaced a part & we were back up & running. He was AMAZING!
I also believe that he an honest person, because I know he very easily could have said we needed a whole new A.C. unit..but he didn’t. For that alone, we are truly appreciative.

Joe has an awesome team of professionals. Dave and his team, on the job, were very professional, pleasant and listened to my questions. They cleaned everything so my basement looked back to its original condition. They explained the heater, water heater and thermostat. They wore plastic around their shoes so they wouldn’t get my carpets and floors dirty. The price was perfect, service was amazing. I can’t say enough about Kagel’s.

Joe Kagel and his staff are great. They came out very quickly on a SUNDAY morning to assess my issues with no heat in the house. It was determined that we needed new heater, AC and hot water heater. They installed these units in a matter of days, despite supply chain issues. Their work ethic is wonderful and they responded to all of my questions and explained everything about my new units. They cleaned up and left no mess or debris in my home. I can most definitely recommend Kagel's for heating and cooling systems installation and maintenance.

The crew from Kagel's replaced our ancient gas furnace and added central air and a WiFi enabled thermostat. They were very professional and efficient. We used this company on a friend's recommendation and are so glad. Joe and his staff communicated clearly about the services and products they offered, costs and schedule. The installation went smoothly and explanations were provided throughout the day. Mark explained things in detail and answered all of our questions. Everyone was very courteous and respectful of our property. Joe called the next morning to confirm the job was completed to our satisfaction and promptly scheduled additional work for us.

What can I say? Kagel's is professional, courteous and quick! Joe the owner came out to check out my house and existing ductwork and he was very straightforward with my options. He considered what I should do, but also let me decide on what I ultimately wanted to do. It's nice when a business owner does not push you into making a decision. I chose a 4 Zone Ductless mini split system by Fujitsu. Setting up scheduling and making a down payment was very easy talking to Sarah on the phone and this company also assists with obtaining permits and will help me with who to contact for inspections. When it came to install day, David (the main contact) and the rest of the crew showed up around 9 am and took them until about 3 pm to finish the shop. This involved placing the zones, running the lines, setting up the electrical and connection to the outdoor unit. The install was fast, clean (they vacuumed all the construction areas), very professional. David went over where the units go, even took my thoughts into consideration on placement. David is probably one of the kindness, courteous service technicians I have ever dealt with. Felt like an old friend came to do the work, which is very nice and comforting! The units look clean, inconspicuous and are whisper quiet! I can't wait to see how well they work in the summer!
