My iPad is missing and they took a lot of my kids stuff that wasn’t supposed to be removed from the home and when I asked for the stuff back the guy gave me an attitude about it and tried saying it would be an extra 500 dollars

I don't know who is really voting but worst company ever. Horrible to their employees and yeah they'll clean up but when they hear back to the office your talk of the town. The lady at the desk has a very bad attitude problem.

They just got done at my brother's house and did a great job in a very professional manner. Ron and Derrick were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

Hoarders Express arrived and provided a cryptic quote. After some discussion with them and assurances that the price quoted was the full price, we decided to give them a chance to provide the service. After the initial visit we called to have them come back to complete the service, they asked for an additional fee of over $500 to finish. Totally unprofessional and deceitful organization - stay as far away from them as you possibly can!

Absolute RIPP OFF!!!! STAY AWAYY!!!! I Called Ronald the owner and asked him to remove some Junk from my Garage, They arrived the next day and what they did was sat on my yard for almost 4 hours doing nothing and making me pay for that time, Ronald the guy did a horrible job they didn't even did what they were suppose too, one of his crew member stole my Sunglasses and watch. Absolute Rip off don't use them

Hoarders Express took my business card at an event and subscribed me to their mailing list without my consent. Do not do business with anyone who engages in illegal practices like this. Never hire these people - they have no morals.

We had a solicited business card stuck in our car window while on vacation. This card got stuck to our window and when trying to remove got stuck. Half of it has to scraped from my window. Not the best way to advertise the best cleaning service by making a mess I have to clean. Robb C. Please take into consideration the manner of advertising was solicited and has left m with my own cleaning project. I want happy to have a business card stuck to my window.

They were supposed to be done in 2 days. They came 4 hours one day and only 3 the next day and were hours late both days and never let me know. They have constantly thrown things away that I asked them not too. Things that were my grandparents that I can never replace. When I ask them where items are they pretend to look for them or say they were broken when they werent and then just walk away. I feel invisible to them and I feel like they could care less about my belongings and feelings. I am very upset by this whole company. Very unprofessional.

We were told that the dumpster would arrive between 7 and 8 AM. It did not get here until noon. The crew arrived around 12:40 since there was no dumpster so no reason to be here before then. We were told this would be a one day project. Because the dumpster came late they could only work 2 hours. We were scheduled for 11 hours total. BTW we were never told it was an 11 hour schedule. They have to come back day which interfered with my daughters work schedule and the plans I had made for the day. A lack of communication with this company has caused problems that would not have existed otherwise. I feel this company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them for use. Better management is needed. The only redeeming factor is the workers. They came ready to do the job, were kind, and compassionate.
