I hate to write this because I wish I didn’t have to. I bought a LivingSocial deal for here and it was not what I expected at all. It wasn’t the cleaners’ fault either. They were great. It was the unprofessionalism of the owner.

She first restricted the time you could schedule the appointments just for people who bought the deal. This wasn’t stated anywhere before buying it. We finally get my appointment scheduled and she texts me 5 minutes after my appointment to say the cleaners are going to arrive at 11:30. She doesn’t apologize or acknowledge that the appointment was for 11.

Lastly, the deal says two hours of cleaning with two cleaners. When they arrive they said it is only one hour. That isn’t what I paid for or what the deal stated.

Now the cleaners are amazing. They are thorough and the little bit of my apartment they did looked great. Unfortunately, half my apartment isn’t even touched because they were here for only an hour. Didn’t dust, sweep, or get to my bedroom.
