Finally - real fireplace experts! I previously was ripped-off by a well-known chimney company and had Theron (owner) come take a look at my fireplace. He really knew what he was talking about and did not try to upsell me at all. They replaced my damper, cleaned my flue, and did some great mason work in my hearth/firebox. I couldn't be happier with Allen Chimneys.

Allen Chimney was a pleasure to work with from the estimate through completion of work. Unfortunately, their crew had to tear down and reconstruct my dilapidated chimney during this oppressive heatwave. I greatly appreciate their work and glad they survived. Nothing but GREAT things to say about this company and their owner, Theron.

Terrible customer experience. Gave me a call saying they can't show up for the inspection hours before the inspection, got mad when I said I will call some other company, manipulated me knowing that it's hard to find an inspection at such short notice. Don't recommend to do business with them at all. Stay away. Unreliable and rude.

I had my chimney cleaned yesterday. The men were professional. However, after they left I found a spot of soot on my brand new area rug in the area where the men were working. When I called to let the owner know and ask how he would like to handle this, he blamed me and my dog for the stain. He was EXTREMELY rude and mansplained that it was logical that my dog caused the stain. If my dog had caused the stain I certainly would have found soot ON my dog or elsewhere in the house. There was not. If you value your property, want a company that takes care of their customers, and want to make sure things are kept clean, find a different company!

Allen Chimneys did an exceptional and outstanding job at my home. One of the workers Luis Ortiz Garcia and another gentleman that did the work were just brilliant and did everything to perfection. After my new boiler was put in, I hired Allen Chimneys who installed a new stainless steel chimney liner, a new stainless steel component at the base of the new chimney liner and a new stainless steel chimney cap on top etc. The quality and thoroughness of the work done was superb. I would highly recommend them!

We were lucky enough to find this family owned business out of Cedar Grove. The family is wonderful. The owner showed up at the house right on time and provided us with detailed information. We are looking forward to working with them in the near future. Other companies out there do not operate the same way that this company does. I highly suggest using them in the future. They are worth your time.

Quality service from start of project to completion. Removed old flues for furnace & fireplace and replaced with new liners, insulation, damper, etc. Complete job was carefully executed with a attention towards safety and cleanliness during the work, explained the various steps during the several days onsite and now we have a much safer setup in a 140 year old home. A++ service & reliability.

Theron installed a new fireplace flue last year. Works great. I burned about a cord of wood over the winter, and he came by to clean it. Good price, excellent work. Going to use him to install an insert in my other chimney.
