New crown and liner were installed and brand new cement pointing as well as beautiful bricks replaced as you see in before and after in pictures above. They also did a full sweep of chimney and fireplace. My heat is working well now and they also removed a strange scent from fireplace. They installed two brand new stainless steel liners for my building, one for the furnace and boiler and one for the dryer vent. Beauty of a job and works like a charm. I will certainly use Chatham Chimney Services for all of my other buildings chimney needs. Chatham Chimney is hands down one of the best service companies I’ve worked with. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they take pride in their work. They were respectful of my home, worked neatly, and explained everything in a clear and honest way.

The technicians were skilled, detailed, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was safe and in perfect condition. It’s a great feeling when you can trust a company to do the job right without any hassle or hidden surprises.

I’m very thankful for their professionalism and expertise. I’d happily recommend Chatham Chimney to anyone needing chimney maintenance or repair.

We went with this company because we thought it was local. Turns out 434 Main Street in Chatham is an abandoned building (check out Google Maps for yourself). I knew something was up when the technician showed up with NY plates. He was at our home for less than 30 minutes. His only equipment was a drill with a brush on the end - nothing that reached the entire length of the chimney. He wanted to charge us $499 per chimney (2 chimneys) but eventually agreed to do the second one for half price. $750 for the service (plus tax) for less than 30 minutes of work. One of the chimneys is gas operated. He couldn't get it working and the business promised to return to fix but never did. My wife called back after the cleaning and the woman who answered the phone said cleanings start at $199 per chimney. When we complained about the pricing we were given, the manager yelled at my wife. Terrible experience.

Chatham Chimney provided top-tier service. They repaired structural issues in our chimney and installed a new chimney cap that significantly improved ventilation. The technicians were professional, detail-oriented, and respectful of our home. Everything was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Chatham Chimney Services really helped out in a major way. From the moment they showed up, you could tell these guys actually know chimneys—not just “watch-a-YouTube-video” know them, but real, old-school, hands-on expertise. They were on time, professional, and explained everything clearly without talking down or rushing the process.

They cleaned the chimney thoroughly, checked the liner, and made sure the fireplace was safe and running the way it should. No upselling nonsense, no scare tactics—just honest work and solid craftsmanship. They left the place cleaner than they found it, which is rare and deserves respect.

What really stood out was the balance: professional enough to trust with your home, but friendly enough that the whole experience felt easy and stress-free. These are the kind of people you want working on something that literally involves fire in your house.

If you’re in Chatham and need chimney work done right the first time, skip the guesswork and call Chatham Chimney Services. Quality work, fair pricing, and good energy all around. Definitely earned my recommendation.

Excellent service, chtham chimney, they installed a liner for me and did a very good job. The entire process of work was fast, clear and professional. They installed a chimney cap for me, replaced my heating and water pipes, and also made concrete and cement for me. All the materials were of the highest quality. Eli was very clear and very transparent throughout the entire work. Without a doubt, the best company for installing liners and the most reliable company in New Jersey for chimneys.

Grateful for your service!

No regrets in choosing them, solid work. No dust and lints were seen and the efficiency of my dryer went up.

I made an appointment last week and thank goodness I was answered by a human and not a robot because most of the business only have automated responses. I quickly secured them to help my super dirty vents and I was not disappointed on how clean it was after. Thank you guys!

Efficiency is five stars. Cleaning quality is five stars. Customer service is five stars as well. Thank you Eric’s Dryer Vent Service!

I got no worries if I have them. This is my 2nd time to call for them in dryer cleaning service. The professional techs always thoroughly cleaned my vents.

A friend of mine recommended them to me when I was looking for a cleaning service for my vents. I must say that I was totally amazed with their level of service. I can say that my friend really made a great recommendation to me.

I had made an appointment with this company last week to clean out our air vents. Technician came out and was really friendly and explained what they were going to do. He listened to and answered all of our questions. Great company!

They're really my go to cleaning team. I hired them for a dryer vent cleaning at first, and I wasn't aware that they're also doing chimney sweep, so I hired them again for a chimney sweep, and both times, they really great and reliable, especially on a short notice.

So I had these guys clean my vents the other day and I say that the work that they did was superb. Very clean and very swift, they just did one hell of a job. I can totally see the crew from Eric’s to be doing one fine job to another. Thanks and will be recommending them to the others as well

Harry went all out of his way to do what was needed to be done with the dryer vent and everything else that he saw that needed repairs. A really great guy with a skillful experience. Will definitely be calling them again if I need more help with my dryer vent.

I tried this service due to them having a same name with mine but to my surprise they were more than just that. This company can deliver great results in a limited amount of time. Plus the staff and crew here were very polite and professional. Thank you Eric’s Dryer Vent Service! Will hire you again for sure

Great work coming from the dryer vent experts. I have had a wonderful experience with these guys. The moment they came to the time they left, everything was on point. Vents were cleaned, all of the stuff in the vicinity were left as they were without damage or disorientation. I can finally see my machine working its full potential. Thanks again dryer vent experts!

My dryer was beeping and it showed a strange message on its screen. The manual said this was the air flow being blocked. Erics Dryer Vent Service did a vent cleaning on it and the beeping stopped. Now my dryer is working perfectly.
