We had a great experience with Ilkem from beginning to end. The quality, selection and service in the store were top notch. Our sales rep helped us find exactly what we were looking for at the best possible price. The template and installation process was extremely efficient. Even our contractor was impressed by the quality of the materials and skill and professionalism of the installers.

I recommend ILKEM Marble and Granite. They were quick to respond, come out to measure and install the countertops. All the workers were very professional and always asked questions when needed.

We had such a positive all around experience with Ilkem. We met with Kathy and she helped us find the vanity top we wanted. From there the installation team came to first measure for the top, then a few days later it was installed. The crew that installed the new top completed their job in one hour. It looks great and we are very happy with it and the entire process. Thank you all at Ilkem for everything you did. We appreciate it.

Wish i could give a no star review. I went to ILKEM in Berlin...picked out a awesome slab for my backsplash in my kitchen with very minimal veining in it...the backsplash was installed and looked great except for two pieces...after calling them they did come out to fix the one small piece that was around my sink...however when i said the long piece that runs across the back of the stove needs to be replace because its all white with only a few spots of veining and does not look right. (The slab i picked had two long strips of veining in it. ) They used the one long strip behind my dishwasher wall. but the other long strip that was on the slab they did not use.(see attached pictures) I spoke to the fabricator who was...well lets just say not the most friendliness person to talk to (and sucks as a fabricator) said basically theres nothing he can do. I ended up calling the the main store in Cherry Hill and spoke to the General Manager of the store who was really nice...she emailed me back and said they could not cut on an diagonal...(I kinda know you cant cut slabs on a diagonal) And if i wanted it fixed...it would cost 13 sq ft @$89 = 1157 + (2) outlets cuts @50 = $1257 so basically i would have gone from paying $3,000 to $4,000 for my kitchen backsplash. You can see by the attached picture...circled in purple is the veining they could have used...and the red line is the "L" cut they could have done. As someone who works for one of the major TV broadcast networks i was tempted to possibly reach out to the local affiliate here in Philly and do story on my experience in dealing with this company but realize there bottom line is not about the customers satisfaction but there own wallet. I would not recommend this place.

From visiting the warehouse to choose our stone through the process of the at home templating and then viewing the stone to say what part we wanted placed where and then the install to finished product, was a great experience. Everyone we had contact with made us feel our project was important to them. We would recommend Ilkem 1000 percent!

Referred by a buddy went there on a Friday, picked out the marble and sink, 2 hours later they came out and the template. Installation was 6 days later. 930 am 3 guys show up everything fit like a glove. No nonsense they knocked it out of the park. The whole process was easy like 1 2 3.....💯💯💯

Excellent work, very fast and courteous service and a countertop that looks At least as great as we could have hoped for. Even our contractor was amazed at the speed, quality and efficiency of your work. I would definite recommend Ilkem to others.

Everyone at Ilkem is very helpful and efficient, from the slab yard, to the office correspondence, the templating, fabrication and installation. Very pleased with the process and results.

Buyer beware- First of all customer services is horrible. I walked into this store and started out with a male sales representative and after 20 minutes, he switched me to a female sales representative, saying that she can help me better. I came back a second time with my husband, and they knew who I was and gave me a different Sales representative. They all seemed unfriendly except the owner who was helpful in negotiating a deal on the stone. That was short lived, because right after the measurements were done, the owner called me yelling about I was giving him a headache and the measurements his guy did are accurate. Well, The guy who came out to do the measurement for the counters, Had measured the hole for the faucet in the wrong place. The installers had to remove the Stone to be sent back to store for refrabrication. They also installed a stone table top for my island and left pieces of plank sticks underneath, I guess to keep the table even. I wish this post would allow me to show pictures for proof. There are other small tid bids but I hope you get the point.

The staff is very friendly and pays attention to your concerns. They respond swiftly. The workmanship is excellent in quality and efficiency. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

It easiest part of my entire kitchen remodel. I just wanted into the Berlin showroom and loved one of the available pieces of quartzite. It was gorgeous. Delivery was quick and everyone was really helpful and professional. Great selection and service. Can’t go wrong.

From the time you walk into their store you feel right at home exactly!The guys at Ilkem Marble & Granite. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The process was also very smooth and the installers did a really good job. I shopped around several places and got a lot of different quotes. Some guys have sinks readily available to include in their packages and some don't. Ilkem marble happened to be one of the spots that included the sink in their package at a reasonable price.I do feel they need recognition for a job well done.

We used ILKEM through our local Lowes. Our countertop is top notch and the service was terrific from the office to the installers. Very professional. We had our countertop installed after a recent kitchen upgrade. They took care in making sure the removal of the old countertop and and the installation of the new didn't harm the cabinets and backsplash. I would highly recommend them

We had a Dekton countertop installed 3 weeks ago. This was from a complete Lowe’s kitchen order. It chipped inside the perimeter of the sink edge after accidentally laying a small plate on it. We ended paying 400 bucks to repair a half an inch of damaged piece.
All they used was epoxy for the repair.
I was told via email and on the phone, this was normal wear/tear and that we didn’t buy the warranty. Our fault for not buying warranty and even going with this product - SOL. Two lessons from this experience; 1 Dekton sucks and is not as durable as advertised and we should stick with Granite or other product. 2 - Ilkem doesn’t care about their customers. Before you buy from Ilkem, check other reputable countertop vendors. Disappointed at Ilkem and Lowes.

Had a wonderful experience at Ilkem shopping for quartz for my new kitchen. Tabitha was my salesperson, and I highly recommended her! She was familiar with every sample in their large warehouse, and remembered every piece I looked at over a number of visits. She expedited the fabrication of my countertops so they were installed within 2 days! Go see “Tabby”!
