These ladies came in to do and exit cleaning of my parents house they sold. They worked tirelessly for over 5hrs and did a spectacular job!! They were on time and did amazing work and it was worth every penny! Highly recommended!

The Ray of Sunshine ladies did an amazing job with our pre-Thanksgiving holiday deep cleaning. We are a busy family with kids so clean house seems like an impossible task. They were thorough and fast. We loved our clean house and will be using their services going forward.

It's always difficult to find someone that you can trust to come into your home. I went through a few cleaners before settling with Ray of Sunshine! From the beginning, it was very professional but personal (which I love). What was going to be cleaned was very clear, the price is very clear and the consistency is always there. The owner always makes sure you are taken care of and is always responsive and communicating with me through scheduling appointments to letting me know any changes that are happening. At the end of the day, my house is beautifully clean, my expectations are met and the price is very fair. I'd highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone.

Cheryl Ann is an excellent business owner. She communicates well, provides google calendar invites for cleanings, and is always reliable with her timing. She is friendly and personable. The cleaners she staffs are all friendly as well and do a great job. Cheryl Ann makes sure to inspect after each cleaning that she doesn’t do herself, which I really appreciate. She loves pets and allows my cat and dog to roam free during services which I love too.

Excellent small business doing great work! Cheryl and Michelle of Ray of Sunshine helped us with a complete move-out clean of our townhouse rental. This was a deep clean and they worked tirelessly with a perfectionist’s eye toward giving the place a true luster and shine. The landlord was quite happy and our security deposit was returned in full. Couldn’t have done it without them!

Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution

I hired this company for a deep cleaning of a vacant home based on a walkthrough and estimate. While some areas were cleaned, much of the work was not completed to the agreed-upon standard. For example, the carpets were not properly vacuumed, bathroom surfaces were left dirty, and there was residue left on fixtures — including Ajax left on surfaces, which I raised concern about due to my child being present in the home.

When I brought up these issues, instead of a constructive conversation, I was met with unprofessional and aggressive communication — including racially inappropriate remarks during a phone call. Despite my efforts to calmly resolve things, the interaction quickly became disrespectful.

After documenting the issues and sharing photos, I ultimately offered to pay a fair portion reflecting the incomplete work. I’ve now resolved the matter with a partial payment, but I would caution others to be very clear on what is included in their quote, and to prepare for potential difficulty in addressing concerns if the service falls short.

I hired Ray of Sunshine for a deep cleaning of my dirty house because of my total knee replacement. It took almost 5 hours of hard work by a crew of 4 people - Cheryl plus three to make the house spotless: frames, windows, doors, baseboards, floors (including two carpets washed) done to perfection. The bathrooms and the kitchen were steam cleaned and the house never looked better. The service was not cheap ($400) but for sure I got my money worth. I would hire Cheryl again. She was very reliable and professional taking pride in her job. Fantastic service.

I just had my house deep cleaned by Cheryl and her team. She originally sent a team of two who overall did a good job. But due to time constraints, they had to leave before I was completely satisfied. Cheryl personally came to my house (with a winter storm in the forecast!) and put all the final touches on the cleaning. She paid attention to all the details, and got my gross and grimy blinds sparkling clean! And to top it off, she is a lovely person! I enjoyed chatting with her.
