Erica and Kazia did a good job this week. They listened to my suggestions, were polite and thorough. The house looked and smelled clean when they were finished. I believe they used an adequate amount of the cleaning solutions this time and polished the countertops nicely.

I love these guys! We have three kids under four years old so it’s hard keeping our house clean. The Cleaning Authority team does a really thorough, detailed job. They’re also really receptive to feedback, and you can make certain rooms (like a guest room) optional so you’re only paying for what you need each time. We recently signed up for The Cleaning Authority and what a lovely experience it has been. My husband and I work full time and have 4 adorable busy children. Rachael the owner came out right away for an in home estimate and we were put on a full time schedule within 4 days. The cleaning women were just amazing and so sweet, they really added in special details.Our house looks so amazing, we are so appreciative..We were also given a very responsible price.

We had a great experience with The Cleaning Authority. They worked quickly and efficiently, while also being mindful and careful of all our personal items. The staff was friendly and communicative, reaching out when they were caught in traffic to tell us their ETA. The whole house was sparkling, but I especially noticed the attention to detail in the bathrooms and kitchen. We were really happy with the end result and look forward to using them again in the future.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority- Cherry Hill since last December. They are professional, thorough, and very friendly. My house is always beautifully clean when they are done. Periodically a supervisor comes to check up on their work. They are also affordable. I highly recommend them.

This is by far the best residential cleaning service I have ever used. Reasonably priced, professional, thorough, and efficient. The management has been more than accommodating with schedule changes and is highly responsive. They employ local veterans and I have had no issues or concerns. I highly recommend!
