The ladies arrived promptly and immediately went to work. They were quick yet thorough. I would definitely use this company again and refer them to my family friends and clients.

Our offices are always clean thanks to the office cleaning services of Cleaning Revolution. We hardly ever see them because the work after hours but we know when they have been there as soon as we arrive. They are very thorough and we like that.

Honestly I went through so many cleaning services, and this is by far the best one, I come home to the most cleanest and freshest home! So happy with them! If you like everything to be spotless, they are the people to go to!

I purchased a Groupon for 2 two hour cleanings. I called on 6/4 and left a message, called again on 6/5 and left another message. I also emailed them on 6/5, still no response. THIS should have been an indicator but I called them again on 6/6 at 730AM.

I mentioned the Groupon, was asked when I wanted the appointment. I told them 6/13. I was then told they're not available until 6/21. SIGH. Why bother asking me when I wanted an appointment if you already KNEW you weren't available until 6/21?!

Fine, I'll take 6/23. Oh, we don't work on Saturday. Really?! Their hours are 8am until 430pm, Monday to Friday. Well...who the hell is home during those hours? I mean, some people are but I have a job with regular hours so it's funny how your hours are listed until 8pm on Yelp but with a Groupon you're not available.

Would I recommend them? Nope.

The two girls who came today did an excellent job. I was very happy with them and hopefully they can come back next month Thank you!

When we had our last maid service there was always an issue with the baseboards not being cleaned or the drapes not being vacuumed. Since we hired Cleaning Revolution of Cherry Hill there has never been an issue. They are always on time and never miss a spot. We have been extremely pleased with Cleaning Revolution.

Hired these ladies to do a deep cleaning of our new apartment before we moved in (2 bed 2 bath, 1 floor condo- previous tenants had cats with fur everywhere and we are allergic and I’m 8 months pregnant, so we really wanted a deep clean). I was quoted $125-150 for 4-6 hours that they thought it should take to deep clean this size apartment.
2 women showed up about 45 minutes late with no courtesy phone call. Fine. I provided a bunch of brand new cleaning suppplies to be used: paper towels, sponges, toilet scrubbers/cleaner, dusters, stovetop cleaner, cleaner sprays, gloves/etc AND after noticing they brought there own stuff, I asked if they could please use mine that I put out for them instead, as I chose these products/brands purposefully for our apartment and would prefer them to use those and my new clean sponges and paper towels and stuff instead of their rags and cleaners. I then handed them a list of what I wanted to be done and what I really wanted to be focused on first which I went over with the lady who spoke English (which included to start with the kitchen first as that was priority for me, followed by the bathrooms, then bedrooms/living room. So they immediately started on the bathrooms for some reason after I repeatedly asked to start with the kitchen... umm ok.. fine...I also told them they didn’t have to vacuum, as I had just vacuumed and had carpet cleaners coming in the next day. So anyway, I left them to do their thing and told them to call me when they were about finished, expecting to get a call 4-6 hours later, while I went to clean and pack up my old apartment. I got a call after about an hour and a half with them saying they were almost done already. I arrived back and at first glance it looked pretty good, but there were a few spots that visibly still had clumps of cat fur (corners, floor, bottom of oven- baseboards were not really cleaned), but I was like...oh, they probably just missed a few small spots, lll take care of it I guess. So then they asked for payment of $140 for the 1.5 hrs after I was quoted 125-150 for 4-6 hrs. Fine..whatever...
After they left and I started cleaning up those missed spots, I found myself cleaning for an additional 3 hours! It turns out that they had missed ALOT of spots- especially in the kitchen which was where I really wanted focused on. I should have taken pictures of the piles of black dust and grime coated paper towels I had after I finished re-cleaning the entire apartment myself. I also noticed that they had left large clumps of cat fur/dust all over the carpets in the hallway- I suppose from cleaning some hairy spots and shaking it out over the carpet or something- but I then had to vacuum AGAIN. Also, they took a bunch of my new cleaning supplies with them!!!! and left me with a few of their different older/ half used products as replacements I guess and 1 old nasty sponge (that was not the kind I bought by the way) that was left in the sink..AFTEr I kindly asked them to use the new stuff I bought instead of their own. Soooo, it seems like they just took my new stuff and used their old stuff anyway. Right...

I am very pleased with the service we receive from cleaning revolution. They have made my life so much easier. With my husband and me both having busy schedules there is no time for cleaning the house. Thanks to the great and affordable cleaning service we can enjoy each other more.

Cleaning Revolution of Cherry Hill is the best house cleaning service that we have ever had. The reason I say so is that they are very reliable and extremely conscientious. When they leave after their weekly visit you will not find a speck of dust anywhere. We highly recommend this house cleaning service.

Management here was awful. While responsive at first, the owner is very unprofessional. I suspect (I know) he is taking advantage of these poor Russian girls who do not speak english very well, by not paying them a fair wage. I would not recommend them purely on the poor management. Also, if you are looking for a deep clean - go else where!

I’ve never seen my house so clean. These ladies did an absolute amazing job; from the baseboards to the window seals and everything in between. This will definitely be my GO TO cleaning service.

I just start using Cleaning Revolution for my medical office in New Jersey. Not only do they do a great job, they go above and beyond your expectations. They are people you can trust, and know for a fact that your office is in good hands. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a trustworthy housekeeper.

I originally hired this company back in January 2021 to do a deep cleaning (appliances, fridge, etc) of my 1bedroom apartment (700-800 sqft). Oleg was great over the phone and flexible with scheduling. Ena and another woman came and worked very quickly. The deep clean then was $100 for 2 women and one hour of work. They did a mostly good job, they missed some spots and the floor was sticky with the cleaning material after they left. That's fine. I called them back again today to do another deep clean. I confirmed with Oleg over text that a deep clean was $100 but when Ena came (with a different woman this time), she said she won't do it/asked for extra money. They called Oleg and raised it to $120. That's fine, I agreed to it. When I came back at the end of the hour and asked them to clean some dusty spots, they refused. After they left, I checked spots in my bathroom and around my bedroom and they did a really poor job. It was not thorough at all. Ena even said my place is disgusting and she should charge $150 next time...(newsflash: there won't be a next time). I am a single male graduate student who has no parties/social events. The main problem is dust in my apartment. I don't need cleaning services every week as she suggested and it would be too expensive anyway. I wipe down surfaces every 2-3 weeks myself. Ena was very rude and aggressive (as another reviewer mentioned below). I don't usually leave google reviews but I feel compelled to do so after this experience. 10/10 would not recommend.

They were extremely efficient and did great quality work, in addition to being friendly and professional. They took extra care, getting us to show them around first and asking us to take a look at the end to make sure everything was good.

Do Not Hire! I hired this company for a home I recently moved into. I explained it was vacant for two years and I needed a deep cleaning. The owner promised this was something they did. The communication in the beginning was fine. However, the day of the service was horrible. First, they were an hour and a half late, then three girls walked in, two didn’t speak or understand English and the other was so, so with her English. I walked around and explained everything I needed done. They didn’t ask many questions and started right away. They then asked me for paper towels which would have been fine, but I wasn’t living there yet so didn’t have any of that stuff purchased, nor did they communicate a head of time that I would need to provide any of these things. I expected them to be there for at least four hours with the cleaning this house needed. Instead they were only there for two hours. When my husband went over to the house that night, it was barely cleaned. It basically got a “quick wipe down”. It was absolutely not a deep cleaning like I asked. The bathrooms especially were still gross and I wouldn’t even step foot in there to shower. I then had to call the owner three times and leave messages until he finally called me back. He explained they could come out again but I would have to pay the additional time they came out and that they sometimes tend to “rush” because they charge per hour. I then had to hire and additional cleaning service who came out and state ddouble the time to clean my house then this derived even after it was cleaned already by then. This company is such a scam and do horrible work, especially if you are expecting a deep clean. Very unprofessional!

Dilbara and her team were PHENOMENAL. Arrived on time, got right to work. Very detailed and professional. The place looked wonderful when they were done.

At the beginning I've worked with Cleaning Revolution as an office cleaner. They were always prompt and through and truly cared about quality of work. Many of my clients also use Cleaning Revolution services so I had a chance to look at their work from the homeowner's perspective. It's already six month since they started to clean my house. They are coming every two weeks and I'm always pleased with what they do when it comes to refrigerators, kitchens, floors, ledges, bedrooms (whatever you want); all of which are above par. In conclusion I would feel comfortable using and recommending their house/office cleaning services to any of my clients or family.

I hardly write any bad reviews. One of the main reason I decided to book the this deep cleaning appointment is because I read all the good reviews about it. One woman did not speak english, the other one speaks a little. They were suppose to "deep clean" my house, but it seems like they only wipe around the objects. I personally thinks cleaning a mirror is the easiest part, but somehow there is still stains on there. I keep telling them to help me organized, as well as ask me if they don't know where to put things aways. All they respond to is "Yea, yea, yea." They ended up basically throw everything into one place and wipe the surrounded area. They were suppose to clean for 4 hours, yet it only took them 2 hours to finish. Seems like they were rushing through it. It was suppose to be $35 per hour, yet they made me pay $140 for their slappy 2 hours quick wipe down service. This service makes me regret hiring them. NEVER again. Save your money or hire a different one.

We are moved out and needed a deep cleaning last minute. They came and did an amazing job. Cleaned every corner and smelled amazing. They were reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
