Karolina is an exceptional landscape designer, and I can't recommend their services highly enough! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. She took the time to understand my vision and preferences and suggested unique design elements that perfectly suited my space.

The entire project was coordinated and completed smoothly and quickly using her landscaping crew. The final transformation of my outdoor space has been remarkable, and the design has not only increased my home’s curb appeal but has also provided a serene oasis for relaxation and entertaining. I am thrilled with the results and can confidently say that Karolina has exceeded all my expectations.

We couldn't be more pleased with Karolina's landscaping vision for our home. Starting with a complete refresh of the front of our house, her creativity continued with a multi-tiered rock garden terrace to complete our back outside space. We wanted the back patio to have a more natural look and feel in order to enhance a new outdoor porch and fireplace, and she delivered. Karolina is very easy to work with and accommodated changes as the project progressed. Her frequent communications kept us appraised of the status of the projects. Karolina did a terrific job in redesigning our landscaping. She made helpful suggestions while incorporating our main goals and was on site to help with the implemenation of the entire project. We were particularly impressed with Karolina's approach of trying to repurpose as much of our existing shrubbery as possible even if it entailed moving it to a more suitable spot, allowing us to save money than if we instead had started from scratch.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Karolina and her crew did for us. She provided a very detailed visual plan and executed the installation quickly. She was willing to work with what we had and did not push us to address areas we were not ready to. Very easy to work with and has great taste.

I requested a estimate for new sprinckler system Through Angie's list app, I had a phone call this morning to schedule a estimate when I mention that I was going to get 3 estimates (I was being honest) they told me that they don't have any interest in give me a estimate

Took the kids to see their Santa and Christmas layout. It was very nice and one of the best Santa's we've beet too. Spoke to my daughter about how her grades were and what chores she does around the house. Loved it!

I called at 1pm 12/17 and spoke to a woman to confirm what time Santa would be there. She said Sunday until 5:30. When we arrived at 4:15 we were told Santa was until 4. Please train your staff as this was very upsetting to dress 2 kids expecting to get photos and then drive 30 minutes only to find out the info that was told to us only a few hours prior was wrong.

The selection here is usually very good, whether you are looking for annual flowers for your spring garden, or perennial bushes for the yard. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They also have a nice selection of Christmas decor in the fall.

We go here every year to fill our window boxes and are always happy with the selection.

I've tried to buy native perennials over the last few years, and have been disappointed. You really need to go there with the latin names of the exact species you want. Last summer, they finally hired someone with a botanical background, and though I found no native perennials on my list, I bought other herbaceous plants tthat I still have. Hope he is still there.

My daughter and I, along with my 5 year old granddaughter visited your nursery yesterday afternoon for the first time. The visit started on a good note with your standard hellos. Our visit was primarily for houseplants and potting soil. My daughter asked about the location of the potting soil. After making a decision on the soil realized no carts were visible. I suggested to go inside to ask the sales clerk. My daughter returns with a shopping cart. Of course the potting soil bags were dirty & covered with some snow. We eventually got 2 bags in a cart. While walking back to the other building, my daughter hit a bump & the cart fell over along with both bags of soil. I see a man coming near us, clearly an employee, thinking we will be receiving assistance. Definitely not!! He just kept walking!? Clearly he could see we needed Help. Also, my granddaughter knew that her mother & grandmother needed assistance because she was attempting to lift the bags of soil. I don’t know what policies you have in place, it’s definitely not Customer service! Please don’t use the Covid excuse! The 3 of us were masked. This is not the end of our miserable experience. After getting the bags back into the cart we made an attempt to enter the building. We get to the door, of course it’s not a door with a door stopper I’m struggling to open & hold the door & assist my daughter with the entrance into the store. (No flat surface) You would think the young sales clerk heard us struggling.No assistance. I asked for a paper towel or something to wipe our hands. The sales clerk struggled but found a sheet of wrapping paper. After the purchase, of course no common sense hits the young sales clerk to open the door or any assistance. My 5 year old does open the door. The point I want to make, particularly with the man that walked by us. Clearly we needed help! He had No decency to help his fellow man!? Why not? I will not be returning. I do not want to put myself through another disappointment of your staffs’ lack of human kindness!

I have gone to McNaughton's on a few occasions because I enjoy the type of items they sell, but do not recommend them because it is difficult to get any sales assistance and the employees are rude and make you feel unwelcome. The owners do not care about the customer, just about making money. The prices are also pretty high for the items for sale. I don't need to be contacted, because this store can make it a better experience by training their sales persons properly and making shopping there a better value!

Walking through the warm greenhouse on a cold day is such a treat! Great variety, a little pricey but the plants are always healthy and pest free so it’s worth the extra money. Staff is very friendly and helpful

I actually primarily went here for a spring craft fair. They seem to have a great selection and they were really good hosts for the fair. I can't say much to their customer service or quality since I didn't buy anything from them directly but it was a lovely place. I'll update this review if/when I go back and buy from them directly.

Very disappointed - misinformation and rude customer service.
They pride themselves of providing a 50% back for shrubs that die within 1 year. The employee who helped me even said that if I could not bring the dead plant as evidence, a picture would suffice. Unfortunately, some of my shrubs died from the heat and the employees did their best to avoid giving the 50% back. They also treated me very poorly in the process, suggesting I was lying.

I have also received conflicting advice from employees on which plants would work for my garden, with one employee contradicting the other one. It seems to me they are not very knowledgeable about the plants they sell.
