We can breathe now. We just finished construction on a 30 year old condo and contractors were extremely sloppy with construction debris. . Gil and Elane removed all the construction debris (rock and dust) and then sprayed an anti microbial agent in duct work . They did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them . D & T

So honestly I have no issue with the cleaning of the ducts. The guys showed up on time and seemed thorough. Gave me a few tips on how to improve my system (ie filters).

My only two complaints is that they didn't clean up after themselves after popping off all those vents. There was debris leftover at every vent they worked on. Didn't take much time for me to clean up but given the price I'm paying for this service I kind of expect them to keep things clean. Second they knocked over one of our bathroom carts but didn't tell us. Luckily nothing was damaged but we only found out when we went to get ready for bed at night we noticed everything was in the wrong place.

Anthony did a fabulous job! He was knowledgeable, timely, and professional. He was able to diagnose and solve a tricky dryer vent issue quickly and correctly (an issue many other provides could not solve). I highly recommend!!

Overall a great experience..the guys were friendly and did a very thorough cleaning. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend anyone needing vent/dryer cleaning..!!

Alaine and Gil were very professional and did excellent work. Showed us before and after pictures of the ducts that were cleaned. Finished in a timely manner and cleaned up any debris that came out of the vents into the house.

I chose Duct Doctor after checking out the reviews. The price was good and I like the fact that there was no portable machine inside the home. I left two stars because, although my wife and I were left unsatisfied, the workers did show up. (I tipped them even prior to starting work).

The vent covers for the bathroom exhaust were replaced with my own new vent covers. The duct connecting to the outside fell down in the attic and although they did put it back on it will still fall down as it is not on securely. I put a pipe camera in some of my vents and noticed sandy debris. I told the owner to stop by before going through the headache of sending the truck again and going through the whole process. He took a picture with his iPhone. I was being taught a lesson on how my duct shows possible water damage and in the basement he was showing me places where I needed to secure a duct. I did not send him to discuss future maintenance work. I asked him how they connected to my ducts and he pointed to a hole in my duct (that was covered by a stainless steel plate and screws. I was not told by the two workers of this! They did not provide me with a before or after picture and when asked the owner I was told they needed to delete them because of the need for space. I have a phone with over 1000 photos and no issues with space. The excuse was flimsy at best.

Anthony then proceeded to show me where the second connecting was. He pulled out my filter and to my amazement it was filthy. He told me “you may want to replace that” - how about your workers tell me about that, after all I hired you to remove dust and debris from my ventilation as they had to remove it to connect to the furnace. He proceeded to tell me he can order a filter for me from Amazon. I told him I don’t need him to purchase me a $10 filter for me it was the principle.

All in all it was a very unsatisfactory experience. The owner coming did nothing but gave me a lesson about detecting possible water damage in vents. He already made his mind that the ducts were clean from a few iPhone pics. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee did not apply here.

Michael and Alain were very polite and professional. They were also good about answering my questions. We had an issue where my dryer began making an extremely loud noise when turned on after the cleaning. The owner (Anthony) came right out and spent oner an hour helping me fix the dryer. As it turns out, a pencil, a nail and a paper clip had moved through the lint chute and blower motor during the cleaning. Anthony found and removed them and the dryer worked perfectly. Anthony's response was immediate and thorough. He won me over. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Anthony and his crew were amazing. They were clean and courteous and professional. We had our ducts cleaned by other companies in the past .I was never satisfied with the outcome. Anthony takes before and after photos to insure the job was done right. Don’t get sold on the gimmicks these other companies put out there. Give these guys a call you’ll be glad you did.

This company was referred to us by Sanders so we took their word for it and we were impressed. First, my email enquiry was replied to right away and Anthony took his time explaining everything to me. He then followed up with an email and his techs were able to come out in two days! Alaine and Mike were professional, neat, tidy, and polite! We would recommend them to anyone!

I was completely satisfied with Duct Doctor!! I needed my air ducts cleaned and sanitized after having a terrible fried fish smell get caught in the vents from cooking. I did tons of research and found that many duct cleaning places could be fraudulant, but NOT Duct Doctor. They took pictures of inside the vents and explained the process. We also got the antimicrobial treatment as well. My house no longer smells and I now have super clean air! Anthony from Duct Doctor is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He is super knowledgeable and he made sure the smell was gone. He even fixed a vent for free that he saw had been damaged by a contractor. I would highly recommend to all family and friends!

Anthony and his crew were great. Cleaned ducts throughout the house quickly and efficiently. Anthony also took the time to help us with an issue we were having with our heating system in an addition. He spent time asking questions, went into the crawl space to look closer and truly wanted to help diagnose the problem. With his help, we were able to tell the HVAC repair company what we were looking for. Anthony is truly invested in making sure the customer's needs are met. We will use them in the future for sure.

Duct Doctors was excellent! I just moved into my new home. It was very dirty! I could not sleep. Duct doctors worked hard to fit me into their schedule. When they arrived, they were pleasant, professional and did a fantastic job. They showed me the before and after pictures of my ducts and vents. Amazing. I highly recommend this company. They came highly recommended to me and I can clearly see why.

From my initial inquiry to the completion of service, Anthony was responsive and courteous. With patience and graciousness, he answered all my questions before and even during the scheduled services. Michael and Alaine - the HVAC/R trained techs - arrived promptly (properly masked), toured the house with me to learn about the specifics (including meet my cat who they were very kind to), explained what they were going to do and got to work. They showed me before / after pictures and gave advice on maintenance. All in all, stellar service!

They cleaned my AC duct system yesterday and did an amazing job. They were polite, on time and also gave my yellow labs some attention. The ducts were seriously in need of cleaning and I checked them after and were spotless. Only caveat is the machine has a strong scent they use so need to leave windows open for a bit after. I do recomend them 100% though.

Gil came to the house and was nice as can be and super professional. Our dryer had flashed a warning light about the vent - Gil cleaned it out completely and we are now all set and safe. Highly recommend.

Not only did the guys come a couple hours early, which was great! But they were polite, friendly and went above and beyond!! I live alone and needed lightbulbs in a high chandelier replaced and Gil did it without hesitation!! Thank you so very much!!!

We have relied on Anthony and his team at Duct Doctor for our dryer vent and HVAC duct cleaning since we moved to South Jersey three years ago. He and his team have consistently provided excellent service at a very reasonable price.
In addition, after moving into our house we discovered one room was consistently hotter than the rest of the house in the summer and colder in the winter. We spoke with several HVAC companies and were told by more than one, “You have two options: buy a mini-split for 7-8k or talk to Anthony” We talked to Anthony, and he was able to solve the problem using our existing HVAC and ducts for much, much less than the cost of a mini-split!
