We bought a home with a lingering ciggarette smoke smell. It was making my husband miserable .!!!!! My brother recommended duct doctor and my daughter begged me to call but I was nervous it would cost a fortune . I eventually called and I am so glad I did. Gil was patient knowledgeable and explained everything . I am so grateful to duct doctor. Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend duct doctor. I am confident when my husband walks in he will notice the difference. Gil also gave me great suggestions on how to handle a ciggarette smoke smell.

After going back and forth with another company for A YEAR, spending thousands of dollars and still having MAJOR air balancing issues (literally 15 degree difference between two rooms that shared a wall!) we found Anthony and our system is FINALLY in working order!! He was so helpful and actually sat down and explained to me where the problems were, how he planned to fix them and what I should look out for in the future. He laid out the options in an easily digestible way - needs fixing now, should probably fix in the future and may be nice to have. I never felt pressured to do anything and I feel like the quality of work he did was far and beyond what we paid for. I am THRILLED with how our system is running and for once I’m not terrified to think of what next month’s PSEG bill will be. He and Gil did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to any and every one!!

These guys are the best! This was our first time getting our ducts cleaned and they were so friendly, professional, on time, thorough, and communicative. I will 100% use them again and highly recommend to anyone. They explained everything as they did it, and our house was instantly so much cleaner. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

They have serviced me 2 years in a row. My dryer vent is upstairs. I've had other companies just do the vent from the upstairs. The vents were still sluggish. They came and went in my attic!
low and behold a FULL BIRDS NEST was in there! This year THREE BIRDS NEST WITH 2 LIVE BABY BIRDS!!!..
I definitely will get a vent guard soon. Groupon duped me.. 2 other companies.
But they serviced me well!

Big fan of Duct Doctors over here! Just had a fantastic experience with Patrick for this year’s cleaning. It’s always a wonderful experience with Duct Doctors from start to finish!

Anthony and his team were fabulous. They arrived on time and were very nice, explained everything they were doing and repaired all the duct work in 1 day. They cleaned everything up and moved any furniture back to where it belonged.
They came back the next day and cleaned all the ducts.
I would highly recommend Duct Doctors and will have them come on a regular basis for condenser coil, dryer and house ducts.

I was having trouble keeping my home cool and was referred to Duct Doctor by my HVAC technician. As the before-and-after pictures show, my ductwork was in desperate need of cleaning.

During the service visit, the technician discovered that the upstairs cold air return had been completely covered with sheetrock and was vented into the attic—something I had no idea about. Anthony came out, installed a new cold air return, and explained everything clearly as he worked. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and he even pointed out a few other important safety issues in my home that I wouldn’t have noticed on my own—like securing gas lines and switching to stainless steel hoses for my washer.

The price for the service was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work and the level of care that was taken throughout the process. I’m extremely grateful for their thoroughness and attention to detail.

Patrick arrived on time for our appointment to have our ducts cleaned and our dryer vent cleaned. Patrick was polite and friendly. He informed us what he was doing along the way. He was very thorough with cleaning the ducts and cleaning up after himself. if you’re looking for a company, that does an excellent job to clean out your vents and ductwork look no further than Duct Doctor.

Showed up unprepared, it was rain outside - so no shoe covers been used - they just dragged mud all over my carpets back n forth.. My furnace is still dirty as it was before... so pretty much I paid $870 (originally over the phone it was $399 offer) for someone to bring more dirt into my home (( Lesson learned - In future I'll go with more reputable company (((

Decent experience with this company, but the communication could be improved. Took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and the scheduling process was a bit clunky.
