Eli came and did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why. He took pictures of the vent before and after. It was rainy and muddy outside but he was efficient in getting the vent cleaned.

Raziel and Yair were excellent. They cleaned and sanitized our central air ducts giving us peace of mind. Very professional! Highly recommended.

This company is ripe off. Will give you quote which is just basic which you can do with your vacuums cleaner . The real work they just keep on adding $$ . Look for some one better. Do not go with this company

Aviv is so disrespectful. I found this offer on facebook, he spend less than 15 minutes on the job. My vacuum can do a better Job. He requested a Google review before stating the job. Don’t believe these 5 Star reviews - this is a scam. Save your money and hire a legitimate professional company. I am so disappointed

I called to have my chimney cleaned. The tech showed up in a truck with no ladder so I was a little skeptical. He said he would brush the chimney out and then vacuum the debris out of the fireplace. He told me the price and said they only take cash, Venmo, or Zelle. I should have realized at that point that this was a preview of things to come. He spent about 20 minutes scraping debris and vacuuming out my fireplace (which I cleaned out before he arrived). He never even went on the roof to check the chimney, his flashlight was broken, and he charged me an arm and a leg. I went to Venmo him the large sum of money but the transaction would not go through so he called the office. I was sent a link to pay the invoice which was $90 more than what I was told to Venmo (justified as tax plus service fee). I negotiated with the office to drop the price close to what the original Venmo amount was (they still charged me $13 over the Venmo price). Shady business. Very upset with the billing practice and the fact that the tech looked up the chimney with a cell phone flashlight and, based on that little bit of light, determined that he didn't need to do a sweep of the entire chimney. I've lived here 7 years and have never had the chimney cleaned so I'd wager it could have used a complete sweep.

Care Air was terrific. Easy to schedule, they called early to tell me exactly when they would be there and that’s when they came. Assessed the dryer and gave a great price. Shout out to Raziel, he was phenomenal and professional. These are the guys if you’re in Montclair.
