Care Air LLC was kind and quick enough to send a technician - Johnny to our home to clean the dryer Vent which posed a fire hazard due to the lint coming outside of the vent out the house. I noticed mold coming out of my air vents so I needed immediate service to take care of the problem. Johnny responded quickly, did a deep cleaning ,and applied product to kill the mold inside the ductwork. Great work and great customer service! I'm very happy.

i hired care air to fix my pellet stove which was not feeding properly. immediately i knew this was not going to be fixed. the service technician did not even attempt to run my stove just suggested that he clean the chimney, which was an additional charge. being in a rush i allowed this. i finally found some time to correct the issues, which was a deep cleaning conducted with air hose and vacuum. also the auger was jammed due to an oversized pellet obstruction probably from one if the bags. this could have been easily fixed if the technician cared to do his job. i will not be hiring them again!

Shaq was our technician and he was very knowledgeable at his craft. We had a tennis ball in our vent and he got the tennis ball out. He told me we desperately needed a cleaning so we will schedule a cleaning and use him again.

I had a leak from my chimney that was getting onto the wall as well. David, one of their technicians came out and originally said the flashing needed to be repaired but couldn’t do it that day and had to comeback. He said that the chimney needed to be cleaned as well. I don’t know exactly what he cleaned because it looked the same. I called and scheduled for the other repair to be done. David called me like 30 min after being there and said that it wasn’t the flashing that it was the crown that he repaired. I repainted the wall by the chimney to monitor whether there was a leak or not anymore and sure enough the first time it rained there was water coming in again. I called both David and their office to let them know. David never called or answered my calls. The office assistant did answer and said she would let David know but 3 days have gone by with no answer. $2500 later, chimney is still leaking and can’t even get them to return my calls. Very unprofessional customer service. Will not recommend to anyone!

The guys were punctual explained in detail the issues that needed resolution very thorough when executing the work and understandable about pricing. Must be honest some of my vents are blowing at a 300% improvement rate so the work was appreciated and well received.

I was very happy with the service that Johnny provided. We have only been here for 1 years but it was evident by the pictures that the dryer vent was not cleaned in quite some time and it was good to see the before and after pictures showing how much it was needed and how good it looked afterwards. This place is a complete scam. The inspection lasted less than 5 minutes, most of which consisted of attempts to upsell for other services. The agreed upon service was that they would fill out an inspection report, which was needed to submit to our township to obtain a permit. The inspector said he could not provide, but the office would. The office never provided. Over a dozen attempts were made to contact the office. The number listed on Google repeatedly went to voicemail. The number on the invoice repeatedly went to voicemail. The number on their website repeatedly went to voicemail. Multiple attempts via email were ignored. Avoid at all costs.

Great experience. Efficiant and when there was an issue managed to accomidate going back to get supplies to fix same day. Loved that he showed me before and after so I have proof it was cleaned.

I want to share a great experience with Mike, a technician who arrived right on time as scheduled. He worked in a very professional and organized manner, cleaning the house amazingly! After the job was done, he showed me before-and-after pictures so I could see the improvement firsthand. I really appreciated his service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Mike!
