Excellent Air Duct Cleaning Service!

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by care air and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. The technicians arrived on time, were extremely courteous, and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process.

They worked efficiently and left no mess behind. After the cleaning, I immediately noticed an improvement in the air quality in my home—less dust, fresher air, and better airflow from the vents. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend care air to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable air duct cleaning service. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Air Care scammed and took total advantage of my tenant!!!
The most expensive dryer duct replacement on planet earth. The unknowing tenant payed over $1,500 to replace a $12 dryer vent. Now they can’t buy their children Christmas presents. I won’t stop until there is justice for this robbery. They didn’t even clean their mess up!

***Update - I DID SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE 19th, HOWEVER, I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK REGARDING A RESOLUTION. Their post made it sound as though they reached out and I never responded.

The service they provided was sub par! Prior to starting the job, he did not explain that they could possibly chip my paint prior.

Not only did they pull chunks of paint off the ceiling but the drywall came with it!

You would have thought the 1st time this happened, the technician, Ariel, would have notified me. However, he continued to remove all of the vent covers and pull off the chunks of paint and drywall in 8 out of 17 covers. I will now have to have someone spackle and repaint these areas. (5 different rooms) which will be an extra expense to the exorbitant amount they already charged me.

Not only that, he had a shop vac with him to clean out the vents, however he did not bother to clean the areas underneath the vents. So those areas are covered with dust and debris.

I have also called numerous times and no one has had the decency to call me back. Doesn’t look like they stand by their work either.

If you want a job done correctly, this is definitely not the place to go!

I’m very pleased with the results of Christopher and his team’s work. It wasn’t a simple task due to the age of the home and system. It didn’t take him long to determine the most efficient solution to access the system and thoroughly clean the unit, ducts and vents. I use Ace and Mike Grant for dryer vent cleaning of my and my mom’s small condo units as well. Christopher showed me before and after photos, very reasonable price for quality services, I highly recommend.

Happy that I chose Ace. At one point, I had to reschedule, and Mike was happy to help me. He called (as I requested) about 15 minutes before he arrived. I have two dogs, so I wanted to make sure they were out of the way. He and Rocco arrived promptly, and they were very pleasant and professional. Michael and the guys at Ace are fantastic!! Highly recommend that if you're reading this, stop searching and just schedule with them right now! We used Ace for a desperately needed dryer vent cleaning a while back and ended up having them come back to do our whole house recently (we should have just had them do both the first time they came!) Mike is the best! Hi team was very thorough and treated my home as if it were their own. I am extremely happy with their services/work. I bought a flipped property and my one bedroom never got cooled down, come to find out the contracts stuffed all of their scraps / trash into the vent!! I could not believe it. Mike's team not only got everything out of there but cleaned up as if it was never there! His team will always be the company I recommend and I am a customer for life!!
