I had my dryer vent blown out and I'm very pleased with my experience! They were extremely considerate and communicative, and Michael was nice, helpful, and fast. He even put shoe covers on to protect my floors, completely unasked! As a neurodiverse person I also very much appreciate the option to book online.

I reached out to ACE because my new dryer has a “flow sensor “ feature that was on. The clothes were not drying. (I was due for duct cleaning anyway, so had them do both dryer and duct cleanings).
From start to finish the customer service was exceptional. I could not be more pleased in an era where this kind of attention is declining from companies. I highly recommend.

Professional through and through. Great communication, showed up on time, reasonable prices, great equipment, kept house very clean, booties, socks, careful with the vent removal and replacement. Sending before and after photos, the whole package was super easy from start to finish. Will work with them again.

They didn't clean up before leaving. Ended up with more mess in our basement. They did arrive on time. Not sure if they cleaned the blower and evaporator coil. They didn't replace the filter. Hopefully they cleaned the ducts thoroughly.

Ace was professional throughout. Their reservation system was easy and the text confirmations kept me informed. They showed up on time and did their work. A piece of the drier vent came off somehow since their visit and they came back out to repair and remove the nest the birds wasted no time building.

I felt the service was over priced for what I received. My house is small, and only one floor has vents. I was expecting disinfecting, but after being charged $525 I was told that would be be an extra charge. The technicians were here for about one one hour. They were nice, but all and all I was disappointed.

Mike Grant and his partner did an excellent job. They were here on time and worked really hard. Both men were polite and treated our home with respect. Thanks so much for sending us dedicated workers. We were very pleased with their efforts!

The technicians were courteous and professional. The work was done extremely well and in a reasonable amount of time. I had an odd odor coming from my vents but, when the work was finished so was the smell I was experiencing. Would definitely have them back to clean my ducts again.

Guy just finished working on my dryer duct, Amazing job walked me through everything that was being done. Was on time and lucky for them they didn’t have to cut my ceiling open (was already open due to a pipe leaking) to finish up cleaning a hard to get spot. Highly recommend them!
