Rubino, who came out to perform preventive maintenance on our AC unit. He was extremely thorough, professional and pleasant to work with. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and ensures everything is done right. After the visit, I was so impressed that I called the company to request that he be the technician assigned to handle all of our future HVAC needs.

I have used Bovio-Rubino for my HVAC maintenance and servicing for many years. To other customers, the best thing I did was sign up and pay for a contract for them to come before I winter for heating check and before summer for air conditioning check. It actually saves you money even if that sounds counterintuitive. It has saved me from having to have repairs because the technicians head off any problems before they surface.

Ricardo arrived on time. He explained the work to be done, which included installing a system to check if the condensation drain was plugged. He offered suggestions for keeping the condensers running properly. He reviewed his findings and shared pictures of the equipment.

Anthony Taylor was at our house this morning for standard AC service and was very polite and friendly. Did the job quickly and made recommendations that will be very helpful as the system ages. Definitely a five star visit. Thank you Bovio and Anthony!!!

Charged 242.00, for less than 30 minutes labor. Which is even more the standard rate they advised ehen I questioned the rate to install a gasket
