My oil burner has been acting up. The first technician said, I don't want to just change parts. The second said it was to warm to check the heater. It's winter. This is when we need our oil burners to work.
After speaking with Mike, a different technician was sent out. This gentleman did the necessary repairs and replacements. End result, oil burner purring along. Because of the earlier difficulties, there was no additional charges, because we do have a maintenance plan. Happy customer. Thank you Mike and staff -
