I had a second positive experience with Good Tidings Plumbing within one week!

Rob came out to check my hot water heater, which had been making noise. He took the time to explain in great detail how minerals build up in the tank, what options I had, etc.

I asked him a lot of questions, and he answered them all with expert information and advice. As a result, I am having a new water heater installed tomorrow.

I am extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge the plumbers have and their enthusiasm in sharing that knowledge. They detail every step in the repair, so the customer is very aware of what is being done.

I highly recommend Good Tidings Plumbing. They respond quickly and do an expert job!

Today Greg returned to install the new water heater. Before he could begin, he had to address some PVC pipe work that had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor who installed a furnace. What a blessing!

Greg worked tirelessly in the heat. Rob stopped back as well. The job was completed with expert workmanship. And when Greg left, you could not tell that major work had been done. That's how great the clean up was.

When he was done with the installation, Greg took the time to explain things to me about the new water heater. That led to a discussion about how water heaters work. I am amazed at the knowledge Good Tidings plumbers possess and their willingness and excitement in sharing that knowledge.

I am beyond satisfied with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I have been telling relatives and friends how happy I am that they were recommended to me.

The team communicated clearly and as often as necessary. I liked that they sent a picture and bio of the technician who was coming to my house. The technician was efficient and friendly.

When we arrived home from our week away on Sunday, Our heat wasn’t working. I called Good Tidings because their sticker was on the furnace.

Bruce helped me out and got two technicians, Jay and Johnny, out within an hour.

on time and the technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. Replaced 2 valves ( the ones that should of been installed when the work was done before) will definitely use them again!

Chris and Greg were kind and courteous, and they did a great job diagnosing a root cause to a leak.

Update: they came back and were able to address the plumbing issue without having to open up the ceiling. Quick thinking by the guys!

Good Tidings was recommended to me by Chris at ServPro and I was not disappointed. Nick identified the problem he wouldn't quit until he found it and he fixed it for me on the same day. Good Tidings fixed it for cheaper than other quotes I was given. Nick also recommended a handyman I could use to finish the job I need done. Very thorough,professional and friendly.

This family run business puts customer service first! When my furnace broke and the part was on back order from the manufacturer for 3 weeks, Good Tidings lent me several small heaters to keep the house warm. They go out of their way to find solutions! Highly recommend.

Chris, from Good Tidings, unclogged my kitchen sink. He had to climb into a crawl space to get to the main pipe. My sink is fine now. He also repaired the humidifier on my furnace, which hadn’t worked for a year. He finds the problem and repairs it. Chris certainly has a strong work ethic; he is both professional and personable

Nick came out to help with replacing water circulator pump on the heating system.
He was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

He also helped with replacing PRV valve of the water supply to the home which we had been planning to get done sometime.

I will highly recommend him for exceptional service.

Our hot water heater was leaking and not getting warm. We called and they were here within 2 hours. Chris and Greg came out and were so personable and professional. They went above and beyond to get us a new tank and a quick install. They left us with peace of mind and a brand new hot water heater.

Who knew I would need help from Good Tidings, again, and so soon after their last visit! Nick was here yesterday to address a major clog in the line from my kitchen sink to the main sewer line. He worked diligently on unclogging the line, all the while explaining each step he was taking. Success!

And after noticing that the garbage disposal was leaking, he was able to replace that. Now my plumbing issues are all resolved. Another thing worth mentioning is how the main office keeps you apprised of the plumber's arrival time.

Another wonderful experience with Good Tidings! Nick was here to replace a water shut-off in the basement and a spigot in the garage. He carefully explained what he was going to do. His work was done expertly and neatly.

Chris was able to see that the corrosion on the bathroom drain pipe was more extensive than the area I first noticed. He removed more sheetrock, replaced the copper pipe with PVC, and corrected the pitch into the main line. He was wonderful in explaining the work as he was doing it and completed the repair with the least amount of disruption.

I am beyond pleased with the work that was done today. Chris was very friendly, professional, and patient in answering all my questions.

I use Good Tidings service in the last 20 some years. This morning, my hot water tank gave out on me. I called and get the same day replacement. Great and quality job from Jay and his partner. I also had them installed Halo water filter for the entire household 10 years ago, therefore, I do not have to buy bottle water. Good Tidings company provides very reliable and quality service as always. I appreciated very much for their responsiveness for my urgent request even on Sunday morning.

I was very happy with the service. They were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and came equipped with everything they needed to fix my heater. I was so impressed by these guys that I signed up for their 3 yr service plan. Not only did they fix the problem with the heater, they also flushed the water heater. Thanks so much!!

Had a drain clog that was causing a backup that affected most of our house. Good Tidings came out the same day. The office was very helpful and communicated a clear window for their arrival and let me know when the techs were on their way. The technicians were both honest and professional. They cleared the clog and installed an access point to make any future snaking much easier (important in a household with four kids who are constantly flushing things they shouldn’t). They also replaced a portion of pipe that a previous plumber incorrectly drilled through. The entire job was done within an hour and they cleaned up like they were never there. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them for both plumbing and heating/cooling.

I had a very positive experience with Good Tidings. I called Monday morning to describe the problem (utility sink in basement was clogged) and request a plumber come out. They said they would get back to me shortly. About an hour later they called and said they could send someone out between 1:30-3:30 pm. I received a text indicating that Ian was on his way with a few personal facts about him including hobbies and favorite things (really nice touch). Ian arrived at my home within the time window and upon entering he put down a branded floor mat to protect the floor (very good start!). He assessed the problem, discussed the estimated costs and got to work. An hour later Ian was done, the problem was solved and the cost was as promised. Overall I was pleased with Good Tidings and will definitely use them in the future.
