So grateful for Good Tidings!! Words aren’t enough to describe the professionalism, the kindness, and dedication they provide. I called multiple companies when my boiler went out during negative temperatures they showed up the same day and offered heaters. I love how they send a little picture and bio of the technician that is coming to work.

I couldn’t be more grateful for Nick who was professional and knowledgeable in servicing our furnace. He knew immediately what the issue was and in zero degree weather got us up and running immediately. Liam in reception was also very helpful. Reasonable pricing and great service - I highly recommend!

Wow…Good Tidings and all of their crew are just EXCELLENT and reliable. Just moved into an 80 year old house with an 80 year old heating system. (We are first time homeowners and didn’t know that we should’ve had an HVAC expert in addition to our inspector but that on me). My husband and I were shocked when we found out this would be a major undertaking (financially as well as labor intensive) so I did my research. I’m so glad I did. First, I drove them crazy with my incessant calls and it’s always a HUMAN that picks up the phone. That is amazing in this day and age, and they always send people immediately. My apologies to Bruce, Luke and Liam, because I know they probably have voodoo dolls of me and stab it every night with all of my constant calling!. Trust me, even if you can get a cheaper company or person to do your heating system, don’t do it… Go with the pros! They had FOUR trucks come on time at 8am to my house and worked so hard for 12 hours each day. My 80 year old house is now updated with a total heating replacement system (old fashioned steam heat radiators are environmentally friendly and reliable so I’m glad I’m old school) Special call out to Chris and Nick. Go with Good Tidings for your HVAC - it’ll cost you more in the end to go with someone’s advice… “hey…I know a guy” - don’t do it -call Good Tidings.

Good Tidings Plumbing did a great job and I’m really thankful for their service. They showed up on time, explained what was going on without overcomplicating it, and got the job done efficiently. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about doing honest work and helping their customers. Definitely a company I’d call again and recommend to others.

I previously had great service/repair work experiences with them, fast forward to now. I recently called to have service done for my tub/shower, the cartridge in the valve needed replacement. When I called, it was during a wave of severe cold temperatures. I was told that they needed to prioritize work, which I fully understood. I was advised that they would try to fit me in the schedule. Weeks have gone by, no calls, no updates, nothing. I guess they are too busy chasing higher cost repair work and can’t be bothered.

Very disappointing customer service.

I reported a non functioning steam boiler at 6:15PM on a Saturday night. They responded quickly and the heat was back on by 8:30PM. Nick was a pleasure to deal with, and he did an excellent job. With night time temperatures near zero for the next week or more, we are thankful for the excellent service. I have used Good Tidings at least 10 times over the last 3 years and they never let me down. They service both my 100+ year old houses.

Ive been working with Good tidings for years! The team from the receptionist that answers your call to the field technicians that visit your home are 100% professional and helpful. They are always upfront and honest about the work and do try to work with you to get the best options and results for your HVAC cooling or heating issue. Solid team and company.
