New roof installation. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend this company. My initial contact for this project was John L. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating. Before and during the roof installation process the company was diligently answering all communications, phone and email. The project started on schedule and took two and a half business days to complete. If I had any recommendation for them, it would be to reduce the completion time, but this was not a big deal because never was my roof left exposed during this process. They completed the work in sections. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. A dumpster was placed in my driveway and tarp was placed all around the work area to catch debris. After the job was completed, there were no signs of any debris left around the property, everything was clean. There were no signs of property damage either. I was very pleased with the final results. I inspected the roof searching for misaligned or overhanging shingles, but couldn’t find any issue, which is great. The roof looks fantastic. There were severe rains a couple of days ago, and I did a thorough inspection of my attic scanning for leaks, but none was found. Their prices were higher than some other contractors in my area, but none of the other contractors seemed to generate the same level of trust and confidence that I got from Segelman Shaw. I will hire them for any future roof commission.

Extremely professional and easy to work with. The Owner was helpful in my only guiding us on what worked and didn't work but he goes the extra mile to make sure you understand the process. The works were top notch and very friendly.
