I have had the worst experience ever with this people.
It’s true what some reviews here say, they don’t put protection, they send people to harras you, they try stealing things from your house, destroy everything around. The work they do it’s really bad. My bathroom is falling apart, grout is horrible, they put a used vanity in my bathroom.
They said they got a permit to install HVAC and it was a lie.
They did so many bad stuff that I was walking and fall from a floor to another floor through the ceiling while I was pregnant and they because of that I had to have my baby earlier (12 days earlier) and have big surgery.
They didn’t have things done correctly and a pipe burst and all my basement was flooded, while all my stuff was there because they were working upstairs.
We are already suing him for over $100k and went with his insurance
We went to the city and find out he is buying license from other people to get permits!!!!

These guys did an amazing job on my kitchen. I like most that they communicated everything to me. Was always responsive to all my questions and showed up all the time.

Hiring Mahseri Home Improvement LLC was the worst decision we’ve ever made. We contracted them in February 2024 to do a second-floor elevation only, but instead they destroyed our home. They failed to protect the property, leaving us with water damage, mold throughout the house, and no proper remediation. Rather than fixing their mess, they walked away.

The unprofessionalism was unbelievable. They let workers illegally sleep in our house after hours (confirmed by neighbors), brought alcohol and even women onto the job site, and treated our home like a crash pad. On top of that, they used our credit card for unauthorized purchases(gas, food, even materials for other projects)

A private inspector later confirmed their work was riddled with grave mistakes, costing us thousands to redo. They constantly bothered our architect because they couldn’t even read the blueprints (why call yourself a contractor if you can’t?). When damages piled up, they refused to involve insurance bc “their premium would go up….) then we discovered they weren’t properly insured at all!!!

We are now in litigation with them, and frankly they should be barred from construction altogether. Mahseri Home Improvement LLC is incompetent, dishonest, and reckless. If you value your home and your sanity, stay far away!!
