We had our home deep cleaned before we listed it for sale. Melissa did an amazing job. She was thorough and paid attention to every detail. She was on time and professional. We were very satisfied.

We hired iMoonShine Cleaning Services prior to listing our family home for sale. Melissa personally came to the house to provide an estimate for 1st floor deep clean, 2nd floor post construction cleaning as well as 3 staircases. She was on time and extremely professional. I was at the house (doing other things) while Melissa and her staff started this large job and I was extremely impressed with the level of detail provided. Melissa is extremely familiar with the small details needed to clean a home prior to listing. I was so relieved to leave the keys in her capable hands. Melissa and her staff are professional, trustworthy and know some cleaning tricks to get everything sparling. Also of note: this was an extremely time sensitive job due to the open house schedule and Melissa did not disappoint! I highly recommend her services.

When it snows, She not only has an awesome cleaning service, she does snow removal. I love it that she reaches out before the winter that she’s available. She will give you an ETA and then text or call she is on her way.

Our realator got these great ladies to clean our house before selling! WOW!! WHAT A GREAT JOB!! EVERYTHING is soo clean we could eat off the floors! Every piece of chrome is sparkling, and the tubs and toilets look like they're brand new!! I would highly recommend them for a complete cleaning!!

The house next door to mine has been neglected and now vacant for a long time. It is being sold and Melissa was given the difficult task of cleaning it to make it presentable to be shown. I have a spare key and was asked to let her in.
I rarely write a 5 star review because professionals in whatever business just do not take pride in their work anymore. But Melissa immediately impressed me with her determination, hard work and her array of cleaning products and equipment to tackle the job.

Melissa and her helper cleaned our house in order to prepare it for sale. They were prompt, professional and very pleasant. They cleaned the house thoroughly, and it looked amazing in the pictures that the realtor took. I would highly recommend IMoonShine Cleaning Service.

We hired them to shovel for us for a big storm and they did a wonderful job! Easy to communicate and we’re transparent through the whole process. They did a great job and salted everything!

I requested a deep clean of my home on the website. After meeting with me at the house, the owner sent me a quote saying that they would clean all windows and the kitchen, and spot clean other areas of the house. The quote was for $1,000.

Four people came (including the owner) and spent 5 hours in my house (9am - 2 pm). The kitchen was very clean but some parts were missed (e.g., the insides of some cabinets, the tops of the cabinets), the spot cleaning seemed to be dusting the tops of ceiling fans.

The windows were not all as clean as I wanted (you could see streaks on them) and two were left open (one I had to call the window company for help closing). The owner said they would return to "touch up" the windows that looked dirty but they haven't.

Overall I would say that this company did an adequate job but the price for just the kitchen and the windows and the ceiling fans seems excessively high. I should have realized that the quote was only for the things listed in the description so that is on me. I would not have paid $1,000 for a team of 4 people to clean my kitchen and windows.

Melissa was able to accommodate the cleaning needs in the last minute request in a short time and the service done was amazing with reasonable price. Would recommend this company for anyone kind off cleaning and deep cleaning services for their home.

Prices are totally fair/reasonable, and the reliability and consideration is next level. When our regular time doesn’t work out, Melissa is always flexible to find a new time, and she’s super responsive. When here, she’s super conscientious of where she’s cleaning as to accommodate our work from home schedules. She’s also cleaned our home when we we’ve been out, on vacation, etc., and I’ve never had a worry. Melissa is super plugged into the community so I’ve gotten plenty of other local recommendations from her too which is an added bonus!
