I recently used iMoonShine for residential snow removal in northern NJ and had a fantastic experience. I reached out a few days ahead of an impending snowstorm, and Melissa was incredibly responsive, friendly, helpful, and professional from the start. We talked through the snow removal services and agreed on a very fair price.

It ended up snowing about a foot, and they arrived right at the stated time after the storm. They cleared my property thoroughly using a snowblower and shovels, were punctual and efficient, and there were no surprise charges. They also salted everything so it was safe for me and my kids.

Most importantly, I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of snow removal at all—I got to actually enjoy the snow day with my family. It was absolutely worth it, especially during a big storm with so much snow to remove. I will definitely be using them again, not only for the great service but because they made the entire process so easy and pleasant.

Melissa is incredibly professional, personable, and truly takes pride in her work. She and her crew came to deep clean our house the day before closing, and the results were absolutely outstanding — even the new owner commented on how beautifully clean everything was.

iMoonShine Cleaning Service did an excellent job with snow removal! They were extremely responsive and showed up quickly after the snowfall. Our walkway, driveway, and even our cars were completely cleared and looked great. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided.
